Lindsay helps our vets with exams, assists with surgeries, performs dental cleanings, runs lab work, and contributes to client education.
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, so the old saying goes.
At Omaha Animal Hospital, Dr. Berglund and our medical staff recommend regular Omaha pet wellness examinations for the same reason that your personal physician or dentist recommends them- if a health problem or issue can be detected in its early stages, there is a far greater likelihood that it can be resolved and treated with less difficulty, less expense and greater success.

To best protect your pet's health and overall well-being, we offer a broad range of veterinary services to our clients and their pets in the Omaha area. While our focus is on disease prevention and pet wellness care, you can also rely on our skilled and compassionate medical team when your pet is sick.
Radiographs, or X-rays, are one of the most common and useful diagnostic tools in medicine. At Omaha Animal Hospital, we use X-rays to examine your pet's bones, lungs, heart, abdomen, oral cavity and other areas and for diagnosing and monitoring many medical and surgical conditions. If we suspect your pet has a fractured bone, has swallowed a foreign object, or is suffering from a heart problem, an X-ray can tell us what we need to know.

Dr. Berglund is AMAZING. I would trust him with the world. He is very compassionate, but will also tell you how it is. He never tries to beat around the bush or hide anything from you. My kitten was pretty sick and Luke did everything and anything to get him to feeling better, and that he did!!! I had to leave my kitten overnight for a couple nights and I knew he was in good hands.
His staff is amazing! All of them! Super caring and kind. I would recommend this vet to anyone and everyone in Omaha! My two kitties love this team!

Dr. Luke was professional and I liked how gentle he was with my cat. He diagnosed and treated him, in and out job, nothing serious. The price of my visit was definitely something to smile at, too.
If not for the absolute lack of professionalism from some of the employees, this place would be 5-stars.
From the room where I was waiting to be seen, I could recognize the voice of the receptionist M**** along with another unknown employee loudly talking and cursing in the back. When is it ever acceptable for an employee to shout motherf*cker, among other expletives, repeatedly and at such a volume

I took my overweight cat there to check on her. I was trying to find a solution or diet for my cat. The vet was so rude and started making jokes about her. You should let her watch my 600 lbs life tv show. I didn’t said anything because I got more and better values than this guy. I guess he lost a customer that trust him with his 4 cats. What’s going on with people in this world.

At the time of my puppy's appointment, I dropped him off inside and when the lady came and took him to the back room she DRAGGED my puppy. this is the most unacceptable way in Taking a puppy that was not fighting back AT ALL into the room. After his check up she then followed to DRAG him out once again. My Puppy does not fight back at all and listens to commands. He had blood work done as well and they mentioned NOTHING about the blood work done. I had to even ask them about it and they forgot they even did them. When I asked they stuttered and looked at each other due to them not knowing if it

Our initial interaction with the owner was amazing, but that quickly changed when we had to bring our severely sick dog in and were given a different vet. We brought him in and were instantly given a ton of tests to run with several different possible reasons for the way he was acting. Anything from poison, something in his stomach, etc. we agreed to several blood tests and eventually an x-ray. The vet explained he had something in his stomach, and after discovering that, there was NOTHING else that could be wrong, we had to open him up. We explained to her that my dog is always in our yard or

This vet is my favorite! My absolute favorite! Such a genuine guy who doesn't overcharge. I've taken both my dogs to places in Bellevue and I feel like they're so expensive!
He's great and I won't be taking my dogs anywhere else till we move. The staff is also very lovely. I just appreciate how genuine everyone is.

I was in Omaha for just a year and a coworker recommended this vet office for my pups. Dr. Luke was always great with my pets. I have an older guy with some special needs and Dr. Luke was very accommodating and took great care of him. He also was great with my younger pup. Then, when it was time for me to leave Omaha his office did a great job with getting my dogs records together and ensuring my dog had enough meds to get me through until I could find another vet in my new city. I strongly recommend this vet and his amazing office crew. They obviously formed a great team there and I hope I can
