Good afternoon or good day. I'm new in town but I was born and raised here. I took my fur baby his name is Ike
For me this Hospital and after reading all the positive reviews of the clinic I decided to take my pet to see Dr Z. The doctor was amazing he spoke to me like a friend. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in to the clinic. The front staff was excellent. My baby was having moment of fainting and has a grade 3 heart murmur. I love my baby so much and I appreciated the server if I received today.

I called a lot of vets trying to find one who could see my pet without having to go to an expensive emergency vet. This vet was out that day but the woman who answered took the time to hear what our problem was and told me how to care for my pet until I found a vet, what my best options were for immediate care and a clear idea of the cost of different options. I wish I had asked her name! She not only told me how to save my pet but saved me hundreds of dollars.

Reminds me of the small town clinic back home. It felt quaint, cozy and personable.
The Vet was super nice and took great care of my kittens.
I've been to several other clinics around Omaha/ Elkhorn and though they were nice places...... I didn't feel like "family", like they didn't remember us the next time we came in and that really throws me off.
Here, they know who we are, there is communication between staff on issues and the prices are much more within budget.
