If I could rate Shifa Dental in Garland 0 stars I would. For a brand new office in garland I had a horrible experience, I was the only one in the office and they took 1 hour to bring me back, when the Dr. examined me for a consult on Veneers she was rude to tell me to go to ortho first. I found it very disrespectful for her to make me feel bad about my teeth as I'm not confident about them.

Dr is very nice she is calm and very friendly and honest . But the problem is lack of proper TIME MANAGEMENT, We took appointment one week before but when I arrived office was empty, after half hour one lady came , I asked her she said dr is busy & you didn’t take any appointment , I said I did & it was showing on their calendar 🤷🏻♀️ But I wait and wait , my appointment time was 3:00 pm & they called me at 6:00 pm wow that long I waited 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ And they did deep cleaning and it’s been one week and I am still in pain 😒. Even though i don’t have any
