We were very thankful to have found Cruz Auto Repair on a late Saturday afternoon after the heater hose in our car sprung a leak on the interstate and leaked engine coolant everywhere. Augustin was able to fit us into his shop immediately and replaced the components right there while we waited, staying late past his normal closing time to ensure we'd be able to get home that evening.

This review is way overdue - I have been taking my car to Cruz Auto for a few years, and I highly recommend them! I was impressed from the first time I went there - they seemed honest, knowledgeable, & I appreciated receiving the diagnostic printout of what was going on with my car. I seriously hate being without my car, so I only bring it in when I absolutely have to - my check engine light had been on for like 3 months this time, I finally brought it in to Cruz on a Tuesday, they diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and I was driving my car home Thursday afternoon. Went in to pay for a COMPLETE DIAGNOSTIC. The employee says its $135 for a full diagnostic. I paid and they said we have to check something extra and it would be an extra charge. This is one of those FINESSE shops where they press you and put you in a situation where you’re paying extra for little to nothing. I went ahead and said no on the extra inspection and got my car fixed at a different shop, 4 miles away and the diagnostic was actually a FULL DIAGNOSTIC.

Brought my 2001 Dodge Ram tonka truck in a few years ago for block rebuild. Went great, been hauling and towing like a charm. Just had a water pump go out and they were able to replace along with transmission seal/gaskets and replace wheel bearings all together. There communicating is great with new inspection process as you can see and understand all needed work first hand with app. Running smooth as can be. Thanks guys, I will definitely be coming back with my other vehicles. Cheers🍻

Great first time experience at this shop. Took my car in for a 70k maintenance. Agustin kept me in the loop of my cars status with texts and calls. Very friendly. His follow up after the repairs were made is something other shops have never done. Would recommend and will return for future auto maintenance.

Hi was so happy I had my car fixed at this shop. I had a major repair job done on my air conditioner. It now works so well. Augustin, the owner really cares about pleasing the customer, and amazingly follows up voluntarily with phone calls to check in to see if everything is going well with the repairs. I have never seen this in any place I have had my car repaired. He is very professional, honest. I felt very comfortable and confident that everything was going to be done right. I came across Cruz Auto on Yelp and decided to request an appt time for the next morning. They were able to fit me in and I brought my car first thing when they opened. I needed a leak diagnosed, and what’s really cool about Cruz Auto is that they send you a link with pics and info on each thing they checked. First time I’ve seen that and it just gives that extra peace of mind. They are definitely with the times. They were able to diagnose a couple problems and fix the major ones. I have found my mechanic. I will definitely be back to fix the other problems. They are very polite and professional
