I was in need of a new vet last year and had a friend refer me to Kings Trail. I’m so glad they did as I absolutely love bringing my pups here. Dr Erdman and his staff are amazing! I had to do my first drop off appointment today for surgery and the ladies who work there made me feel so comfortable ( as I was a little stressed) and really put my mind at ease. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pups! Thanks for all you do!!

They have NO clue about what good manners or good costumer service is all about…
But no worries dr elder man…
Theirs no better advertising for (good or bad) than the powerful word of mouth.
And your god behavior manners will be share among friends and families just like that…
You should move to the west side or north side, I’m sure that clientele fit better with you’ll awful manners.

If you’re looking for a vet that really does care about your little ones, the doctor here is the best! He personally calls to make sure they are doing good if something was wrong. The staff is very nice as well. They are so festive every single time we show up with our 3 furry babies.
Prices are reasonable too.

Great visit. The vet himself let us go back with him to watch while he did the whole check over on our baby. He was very nice. He even called me himself a couple of days later to check on our baby because he had gotten his vaccines. I loved that he took the time out of his day to do that personally. Top notch in my opinion!

Great customer service & care. Always answers phone, no wait time, and a quick in & out! The cat room is fantastic—not your classic sterile medical scene. It’s a warm environment with cozy furniture and cat… pictures. I’d started bringing my senior cat just for checkups. Went in at 2:20 and out by 2:40. Then, as issues started happening (FIP, weight loss), Dr. Erdmann was readily available and supportive. They even provided some free recovery food! My cat is currently doing fine, thanks to doc.

Dr. Erdman and his staff do a phenomenal job. My cat gets extremely uncomfortable at vet appointments and this office does everything possible to make his experience more comfortable from having a fresh towel to wrap him up in when he gets scared, to having the room cats are seen in with cat trees, toys, wooden furniture and the like to keep the… room more relaxing. Above all, the other day I brought my cat in to get a nail checked out that I thought might be infected. Dr Erdman informed me that it wasn't and did not even charge me. This is a very caring establishment.

Called office To have my pet come in as an emergency receptionist asked me if I was a client their I advised I was not. Put me on hold while talking to dr she came back to line and stated the doctor wasn’t in Which I could tell was a lie! She should have informed me the doctor was not in from the beginning of the conversation. These people don’t… care about pets my fur baby could have died. If you are not a client here I recommend that you do not call for an emergency they will not see your animal!! Go to pet angels on Collin blvd there prices are affordable, don’t charge

Dr Erdman and is staff are wonderful people. There office is always clean and well kept. But more importantly is the way we are always treated. They go above and beyond to take care of our dogs. The are kind and gentle and know them by name. They always work to fit me in when I call at the last minute or in a panic. The are prompt and get you… back quickly. We have never had to sit in the lobby and wait more than 5 mins if that. Dr Erdman is knowledgeable and caring. He doesn't over treat just to run up a bill like my past vet. He very gentle and caring but also gives you at straight answer

My experience with the staff and Dr Chris has always been a good one! I appreciate the care and concern and the confidence they displayed on my visit today with Fats! He may need surgery soon and I wanted to… thank them for their support in helping me understand my dogs injury.
Fats was seen a few year ago for a burn and had to have surgery and Dr Chris was instrumental in the process of his recovery!
I trust him and his knowledge and experience and knowing he really cares and for the staff that make me feel welcomed and comfortable!
