I've been practicing law since 2010 with a focus on estate planning and transactional business law. I currently live in northwest Chicagoland with my wife Emilie and our three children. When I left corporate America to open a solo law firm, I wanted to create something that let me live the life I wanted to live while doing the work I was passionate about.

We were referred to the Virtual Attorney by another client and the VA did an excellent job putting together the documents for our family trust and will. The fee was fixed and very competitive and Mike was incredibly thorough and responsive to all our needs. He even helped us get notarization during the Covid times. Would recommend his services.
