I went to this office for years, and have never found myself so disappointed. My first complaint is for my specific dr. There were NO reminders, and these appointments were set 3-6 months in advance depending on mental stability. You miss an appointment, you owe $100. I’m fine with a fee, but not when YOU yourself could care less if your client shows. My second complaint, I thought I found somebody who maybe cared just a little about my mental health, but I was wrong. Rudest doctor office I have ever dealt with! Refused to send medical records to my son even after multiple requests. Dr Malone’s nurse Julie is terrible to deal with- not only was she rude to me several times, she was also rude to the athletic department who requested his records When they would not send to the actual patient! Highly recommend going elsewhere!

My daughter was referred 2 months ago and had not heard ANYTHING. She called today and was told they aren't accepting new patients. It would have have been nice (and professional) to inform the referring Dr's office of that fact or telling my daughter rather than have her waste 2 months sitting idle.

This is the only review I have ever written online, because I am a believer in person-to-person communications. However, the scheduling staff here is rude and condescending.
We have eagerly waited two months for my child’s appointment, and unfortunately, we had to reschedule because she was sick with pneumonia. I have finally given up after the fourth attempt at rescheduling with a very rude woman in scheduling.
This is not a reflection of the psychological care here, but the people that you have to get through to receive the care. I hope that the physicians at this practice will find a solution

While trying to become a new patient at this facility ive had 2 voice mails about scheduling that were never returned. After a week from the initial call I talked to someone who told me I needed a doctors referral with no other information. Had to wait 2 weeks to see a new doctor for the referral. After getting it and leaving another voicemail that was unanswered after 3 days I finally called and got hold of the receptionist that told me they had refused to take me on but at the same time never bothered to inform me.

Was referred here and waited to hear from them for a month. Come to find out they lost my referral 6 times. Call them and they said someone should call me in a day or two. Call again and they said the person that would know what I’m talking about won’t be in till Monday. No call Monday. I call Tuesday and they tell me the doctor has refused me as a patient. I’m just trying to get treatment for my adhd. This office can’t get themselves together. And wasted over a month of my time when I could have been getting help somewhere else.i also was not informed why I was refused just like the other

I’ll consider changing my review ONCE I can actually get a call back for scheduling. This is mental health we’re talking about here, and it’s been weeks since I’ve heard back. I had a doctor’s referral and everything. Please contact me. You have my name and contact info.

We have been seeing Dr. Kelly Dion for over a year. Under her guidance and many others, our daughter has made magnificent strides in her life in a positive direction. Dr. Dion is thorough but to the point.

Why schedule an appointment at 8am and not have someone at the office to open the door? It's 7:51. So that means whenever someone decides to show up, we gotta waste appt time with signing in. I'll never make another 8am appt again. Lesson learned.

Dr. Dion is an excellent psychiatrist; I highly recommend her. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. - Samantha Harris
