Staff was nice and I'm glad they were able to get me in fast. Afterwards, they did not really prepare me for anything and seemed to be lacking in post care. They asked me if I had any questions, gave me a slip of paper and sent me on my way without really explaining how to take care of myself to prevent dry sockets, etc which I didn't know about until later. I had to spend some time on the internet for more information. On top of that, they didn't give me any gauze for my mouth so we had to stop on the way home because my mouth was so full of blood from the procedure.

I've been going there for about 20 years n this is the 3rd Dentist I've seen. They always make sure I'm comfortable n listen to my concerns n give helpful tips. I also recommended coworker to go there as well

Have used Crossroads Family Dentistry for four years, excellent care by Dr. Fox, now Dr. Williams. I informed hygienist Lisa prior to visiting that my last dental assistant was a bit shaming. She asks permission in giving hime care feedback and does so in an informative way. I have a history of avoiding dental care for a number of years before 2017 due to (IMO) unnecessarily critical dental staff.

Going into Crossroads completely ignorant to my situation and options, I was pleasantly surprised.
Dr. D was personable and friendly but more importantly he was an excellent communicator with extensive education.
The front office staff was exceptional and informative regarding insurance and options.
The dental assistant was professional friendly and informative. In a nutshell........ it was the first time in my life I enjoyed going to the dentist !

I have pronounced dental phobia, but everyone at Crossroads Family Dentistry went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Dennery took the time to listen to me, listen to my concerns, explain what was wrong with my tooth and my options. His gentleness was evident when I didn’t even feel a pinch as he was numbing my nerves. My filling was smooth and, most-importantly, pain-free. I highly recommend Crossroads Family Dentistry.

Staffed by friendly and non-judgmental perfectionists. For cleanings, they will take the time to show you exactly the best way to brush and floss. For more complicated things like a crown or root canal, they will work with you over many visits if that’s what it takes to get your dental issues resolved. It’s easy to get in last minute and a very centrally located/convenient location.

We met Dr. Williams for the first time today, and felt very good to be in her hands for our dental care. My hygienist today was Yashika, and she was excellent--very competent and professional, as well as having a pleasant personality.

Terrific experience as always. Felt very safe with the pandemic precautions: extra sanitation, face shields, and waiting in your car until your appointment. Dr. Fox is the best and my hygienist was a total pro! They also did an on-the-spot filling for me - quick, professional, and friendly. It was really nice not to have to come back again/make a separate trip. I'd recommend this to everyone!

I have had a wonderful experience with Crossroads Family Dentistry. Honestly, I only chose them because they were the closest to my work in network, but I am so glad!
