They obviously aren't all that interested in prospective tenants since they won't answer the phone or respond to emails. There is an application on the website but who is going to mail in an application without getting more information on the apartments? If you can't even reach someone to ask questions about renting an apartment, then how would you ever get help with any issues you have once you are a tenant? They are in dire need of new management.

Contacted the complex manager on multiple occasions by phone and email with no response. I guess they don't need renters, but a call or email to say so would be polite

Apartment manager is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I called him to schedule a tour and when he answered he said “hello” in a rude manner then immediately hung up without me getting a word off. He then forwarded my second call.

Beautiful, quiet, great neighbors and great area to live in fabulous restaurants great shopping malls.
The Mgr is Fantastic, excellent parking, great Maintenance team.. Lots of fitness centers.. Curtis Creek Apartments 100% and more.
