Honestly- this is the best experience I have ever had with an automotive place. Every single person in the shop and in the front office were extremely kind, efficient and overall just made a stressful day- a pleasant experience. I never right reviews- but honestly, I was so impressed with the customer service, I just needed it to be known.

Had a issue with a tire and needed help. These guys took care of me and even drove me to the tire place to get a new tire. Thanks guys for great customer service.

I want to thank Chris and David very much for the work they did the past 2 days. My wheels got stolen off my truck and these guys worked with me getting an estimate and setting me up with with the correct fit and look for a new set of wheels in no time. I have been going here for the past 5 years and will continue to bring all my vehicle's here no matter how far away I live. Richmond Tire & Auto has never steered me wrong.

First time using this establishment and definitely will use them again! Chris met me at the counter and quickly had my information and vehicle concerns written down for his crew and also personally provided a shuttle service back to my house while they worked on my truck. He is a very personable individual and conversation was effortless in the short drive to the house. Truck was ready a bit later in the day and repairs took care of the issue I had. Chris then also provided a return run back to his shop so I could pick up my vehicle.

What a great little shop. I am not used to this level of service in the auto industry but these guys are really some of the best, from the front desk all the way into the shop. They are all personable and trustworthy and extremely considerate of your time.

We have been getting both of our vehicles serviced here for the last 3+ years since we moved this way. Chris (manager) is a great guy and has a great team. Always willing to take time to explain, provide honest feedback, and deliver fair pricing. They may not always be the cheapest but as they say 'you get what you pay for' while their service more than makes up for it! We will continue to be loyal customers.

Came in for a tire change 45 mins before closing and was ignored for 20 mins. Then after waving at a guy, I was told the tech didn't have tools to change my tire! Won't be back!!!!

Richmond tire and Automotive are by far my go to from now on. I had problems getting Westside Kia to repair a warranty issue. They not only assessed my wife's vehicle they also contacted Westside with their findings. That call alone got her car in same day for the repairs. I had been fighting them nearly 8 months. Fast forward 2 years and another mechanic did her brakes and turned her rotors. The car had a bad shake in the front end from the time we got it back. The guy knew we had ongoing steering coupler problems and said he checked it and it was just that. I took it to Richmond Auto and

Hit a pothole and blew out a tire. My car came without a spare or even a jack. Richmond Tire picked up the car from the parking lot it sat in overnight and had me out of there with new tires, an oil change and a state inspection within a few hours. Great service and nice folks.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. They always are so kind, humble and truly the most honest car automotive shop we've ever dealt with. Hands down will never go anywhere else. Thanks Chris and Casey!

This business deserves more than five stars.
I had an alternator installed in Bertram,Tx, at a Dodge dealership, into my Ram3500. Arriving in Richmond, the warning lights came on and the batteries were not being charged. My sister has used this shop for many years and highly recommended it.
Chris and staff diagnosed the faulty "pigtail", and I drove to Phoenix without further issues. I cannot thank Chris enough for the excellent and timely service and more than fair price.

If I could give less than one star I would
My tuck was brought in for a lift/leveling and alignment.
It was brought in at 7am and we were told they were working on it and everything was going great..
12 rolls around and the manger walked in saying nothing has been done.
Since 7 am in the morning and nothing was done.
I am completely beside myself and I don't know what kind of people are running this facility I would never in a million years take my truck back to this place. My husband sat there and waited since 7 AM and was told everything was going great and they were almost done.. come

I am really pleased with the service provided here. So far I've gotten my oil changed, inspection and my car survived for minor repairs. The staff is very friendly and go over & behind to help. They've gained my trust and I won't be going anywhere else.

I want to thank Mike E. and his staff for the expert service on my 2013 Legacy. I wanted an oil change and I asked some questions about some other things that the dealership mentioned that I needed to change. They changed the oil and did an inspection on a bunch of other stuff and told me everything was fine, no need to spend money on things that don't need to be changed. They saved me money and helped me to have worry free driving. They even rotated the tires. Thanks Mike, I won't take my car anywhere else.

While there was nothing wrong with the service, and the people were nice- this is hands down the slowest oil change I have ever gotten. We dropped off the car at 8:30 AM on a Saturday and didn't get called to pick it up until 2 PM, and this is after my husband called around noon to see what was taking so long and they told him they would "rush it". Convenient, but you could go anywhere else for a quicker oil change!

Chris has really gone above and beyond since taking over this place. He always gives great service, honest assessments, and will even personally give you a ride to and from your house when he needs to keep your vehicle. I'd recommend him to anybody, he has done our family right for years!

Usually very professional at the desk. I have gone to this location several times over the years, but I have had 2 bad experiences in the past 6 months. The first time was in January when trying to get my daughter's car inspected. Of course it needed several things repaired, and needed new tires. They "fixed" the problem to the tune of several hundred dollars, and it still would not clear the "check engine light." They said they had called the Ford dealership and used the part that they were instructed to use. I took it to Ford, and they fixed the problem for another $500

Ridiculously Expensive and I suspect they try to take advantage of your ignorance (as they tried to do to a friend of mine when they gave her an estimate of almost $3,000 for some transmission work she had done elsewhere for $270). Much better and more reasonable places in the area. A friend recommended it and so I went and got stung badly. He must love throwing money on the ground.
