Since they are close to me, I take vehicle in for oil changes. Somehow from the last oil change to a few weeks later 4 of the transmission pan bolts were missing, which was discovered by a mechanic I have used for over 20 years. I took car to him because there was something leaking from under car, after car care USA changed the oil. Never had any leaks until the last time I went to Car Care
USA!

I suggest you get a second opinion before you spend any money at this place wonderful service in the front of the house, but after having my van for over a week they gave it back to me ,supposedly completed which was not the case .they ask me bringing it back for them to complete the job , I figure with the coronavirus they couldn't use the business and done a better job for me, 2 Days later got it back, it still wasn't done properly ,They said it was a totally separate issueI ,I had to go to another shop to get a second opinion come to find out that most of the body mounts they replaced

I took my car in today to get the oil changed. Their pricing was spot on and a better price than many other discount places. The waiting area was neat and comfortable. My car was taken right back so my wait time was minimal. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I loved the fact that the owner was proud of Christianity. It showed in his employees and throughout the waiting area. When they called my name that my car was done I wasn't ready to go, because the reading material was interesting!

Shout out to Car Care USA:
Needed to get a new horn for my husband's truck. John gave me a quote and said they would have it within a few hours. The new horn sounded worse than the first one, so he said leave it with me and we will get one that sounds better. The new one was $30 more, but he offered to cover the difference. Who does that?! Tell everyone you know to go to Car Care USA!

Went here a few months ago because of an issue with my car. Was overcharged, and I mean and emphasize overcharged for the work being done on my compact car. Had a mechanic friend tell me that I overpaid by a few hundred dollars. I knew something was up when I was told the original quote for the work and asked if they could work on the price and they easily knocked it down by $100. It was still too much. It's better to shop around and get quotes instead of settling with one specific shop.
