I love Vida Bodywork! I've been getting Swedish massages from Datsany for the past few months and she does an excellent job. The location is convenient and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service. I plan to keep going here for a long time.

My boyfriend and I did a couple’s massage and it was my boyfriend’s first time to have a massage. As soon as we enter the place, we were greeted with great smiles. The experience was great and we are looking forward to the next session. My boyfriend said it was a good first time massage experience.

My partner and I have been to Vida Bodywork multiple times for separate and couples massages and have never been disappointed! It’s nice to have a spot where you can guarantee an amazing massage every time. The atmosphere is relaxing and breathable and the music is calming, creating a really peaceful experience all around. It’s also surprisingly so quiet being it’s right on Lake Street. Vida and Datsany were outstanding at our last couples massage, too. They are very professional and skilled here. Definitely would recommend them and this spot to anyone and everyone :)

I've been a monthly massage member for over 4 years at Vida Bodywork and have always had phenomenal massages with all of the therapists there. For a while I only requested the first available therapist so I've had massages from many different therapists, and every single one has been fantastic. My therapist was Vernell. He’s great! Really good, work through all the areas that was in a tight knots.His ability on Deep tissue was perfect on point especially the pressure! Love it! I was able to sleep without any pain.

I had such a wonderful experience here this past weekend. This is such a cute place that is well kept and very clean. I had the 90 minute relaxation massage with Datsany. She was amazing, I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for stress and muscle relief... she listens and adjusts accordingly if you want more or less pressure. I left here feeling so renewed and relaxed, hot towels were my favorite!

So amazing! Vida is a angel with the devil in her hands! She powered through my knots with her freakishly strong and talented hands. Very intuitive with how much and where to apply pressure, aggressive when needed, light and soothing when needed. Vida is a true artist! My only regret was doing 60 min and not 90 min. 10/10 would recommend!

I am a huge fan of deep tissue massages and was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Vida. The space is very nice, clean and spacious. It is a very small practice (only two masseuses were there when I went in) and during Covid times you may have trouble just doing a walk in.

I called ahead to book a massage day of but was told they weren't available. So I came in the next day, Saturday morning at 11am for my massage (and Vida also offered to open the store an hour earlier that day if that would work with my schedule so I really appreciated the flexibility).

I appreciate the ability to schedule same day service (I had to come back on hour after my walk-in request on a Saturday afternoon). The environment is warm and welcoming. It isn't as luxurious as a typical spa (where you have to book further out) and you can hear conversation, etc in the other massage room and waiting area because the walls are only partial. But, the massage itself was high quality and love the addition of warm towels for Swedish massage.

These are honestly the best massages I've ever gotten, and reasonably priced, to boot.

Hadn't had a massage in many years, wasn't sure what to expect but happy to have found Brittany P. at Vida Bodywork. I've since gone back several times and Brittany has been an excellent masseuse. Looking forward to going back again soon.

First, i'll start by saying that both ladies were very nice and professional. The place was also in a cute neighborhood and had a great vibe inside.

My fiancé and I went in for a deep tissue couples massage and were very specific about how we were both very active and needed a release. We are used to deep tissue massages being pretty painful which we prefer since it does more for your muscles and releases tension. However, that was not the experience here as it was more of a Swedish light/medium massage.

Vida convinced me to give them another try, so I did and I am THRILLED with the second appointment. Vida checked in several times about pressure, and really dug in to the many many knots in my upper back, shoulders, and lower legs. I feel a thousand times better and can't recommend Vida enough as a massage therapist!

Today is my birthday and last night I thought a couples massage would be great, but probably impossible on short notice. I called Vida last night and they were able to book a 90 minute appointment for us for today! The massage was incredible and we will definitely be back. Thank You, Vida!

Vida is terrific. My wife and I have been seeing her regularly for a few years now and highly recommend this spot. It's simple, efficient, clean, comfortable, and we'll run. In fact Vida has now set the standard for how we measure all massage therapy!

I've had massages with Vita and Keo and both are great. They offer several types of massage and always check to see how you're doing. Membership option (20% discount) is simple and pretty straightforward. Will absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Having read a recent story about it, I had this on my list to check out. Went for a 30-minute foot massage. They currently have a $1/minute special. Vida greeted me with a smile and I settled into a comfortable black sofa. The foot massage was solid - great pressure and enormously relaxing. I promptly fell asleep; it was the perfect way to end a long work day. Vida checked with me a couple of times to make sure pressure was okay.

Vida is a natural. Her touch is instinctive. If it weren't for my constant traveling, I would be here weekly. If you're looking for shiny, fluffy, cookie cutter spa, don't come here. If you're looking for authentic body work to keep you balanced, book with her ASAP!
