I had an attorney for my workers comp case who really wasn't doing much. I changed attorneys to jonathan brand as I was told by another attorney in his office that he would go after workers comp and not give up. it took so many years to finally settle my case - a total of 10. jonathan was very professional and very courteous while being the pitbull I needed to get my case thru the system. we could have pushed on but I decided it was time to settle. I was very happy with jonathan and his staff thru the entire process and I would highly recommend his office to anyone who needs a workers comp attorney

My wife had an accident at work which required emergency hand surgery and physical therapy. My wife's case took 5 years to resolve because the defense fought every step of the way. Workers comp is a complicated and slow process and if it wasn't for Mr. Brand to help us navigate and protect my wife's right it would have been overwhelming. If you are a good attorney for the people that are in need; as a attorney you should want to help everyone and you shouldn't deny the help because of the split fees with attorney that person doesn't agree with. I know you shouldn't be that way, it's kind of like your just helping for the money not because you want or like to help people.
