We recently moved from the Upper East Side Manhattan to Chicago. We have 2 amazing dogs, Bones 16 years old and Oliver 10. Bones had been struggling with her health quite a bite over the past year. We loved our Vet in NYC and were concerned about finding a new Veternarian. Thankfully my wife found Near North Animal Hospital.

We've taken our dog to Near North in the past, but had been living out of town for the last two years. We recently moved back and our dog was due for his yearly checkup and vaccinations. Though it is out of the way from where we are living now, we decided that we still wanted to reach out to Dr. Boin because of our previous interaction and the comfort our dog felt with him. I've been to a couple vets with Tinley depending on where I am located - and Near North Animal Hospital is my favorite. When choosing a vet, I want someone I can have open communication with - and someone I can count on in times when I'm worried and want immediate answers. Dr. Boing and Dr. Henderson are always extremely responsive. Whether I call them or email them - they always get back to me right away and give me elaborate explanations to all possible causes of Tinley's symptoms. On more than one occasion I have been worried about a symptom "in the moment" - called the office - and immediately

Very great pet lover vet! The doctor and the receptionist are both sweet, helpful and patient. I took my cat there and the doctor help me to check her and gave me a lot of super helpful advice, I can see he really care about my cat and I feel released after visiting. I will certainly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience taking my car Obi to Near North. The front desk staff are very thorough, up front and extremely kind. Both vets that I saw there were very nice and patient with my cat who is extremely shy and fearful. You’re also getting a fair price for the service they provide you, no one is trying to gip you here.
