Services
My mission is to share my knowledge of healthy eating and living and, of course, a fitness program with others. My unique "direct" style and persistent attention to forming healthy habits has helped hundreds of people. Persistence and attention are the key to our success. I will help you change how you think about yourself and your surroundings.
We offer the best - and hardest - 60-minute workout in Pittsburgh. Like the training offered to premier athletes, each training session combines strength with cardio and agility work. A strength and cardio class using a unique combination of Physio-Balls, weights, and stability exercises. This is fun, low impact way to increase your muscular endurance, muscular strength, and core body.
Members have unlimited access to a full schedule of group training and exercise classes as well as to the food kitchen serving fresh prepared food and drink items and the raw grocery store. In addition, there is Friday Happy Hour and an ongoing schedule of cooking classes and food and health education programming.

Beautiful facility with classes that are unlike ANY other fitness class in Pittsburgh. Chris is great at accommodating all levels while pushing you to work harder than you ever thought possible. You WILL see results here if you put the time in. The cooking kitchen is great too. I love grabbing a vegan shake after my morning workouts!

CAF is amazing. The instructors are very motivating while remaining aware of individual limitations - temporary (burpees are really hard) or permanent (e.g. Past surgeries, etc.).
The facility itself is clean and bright with high ceilings and giant windows. Amenities like the vegan cafe, gear stop, and locker rooms equipped with showers make this gym super convenient for me.
It’s like family at CAF...if your family was super into working out and all lived in a beautiful pent house in point breeze.

CA Fitness is one of the most attractive training facilities I've been in. Beautiful loft setting with plenty of natural light -- and great open layout with plenty of space. Plus a kitchen/lounge area off the back. The class formats are tough and Chris (or the other trainers) will push you to maximize your abilities. But plenty of variety in the workouts and you'll leave feeling you got your money's worth. Easy to sign-up for classes and never too crowded. One of the great hidden gyms in Pittsburgh.

Great workouts! I have been going here nonstop for the past two weeks, and it has been a blessing! Every workout I go to has been different! If you need to lose weight and get in shape, and have a fun time doing it, you need to be here! Chris and the staff are great to work with. They care about getting your lifestyle in order, not just in the gym, but also in how you eat. There isn't any gyms like this in Pittsburgh, I'm glad I found this one!

Very disappointed. Joined with 2 other friends, spent a lot of money and went for about 3 months. Myself and another were injured because of inconsistent trainers and classes. Almost half were cancelled. We are all in our early 30's and in shape. Ms Anthony then tried to bully us into staying. Very unprofessional and sorry to see a business model like this. They also had two trainers leave when we were there because of bad work environments. Went to a close competitor and like it much better with no injuries. be weary !
