This place is bad. So bad. I'm at the end of my lease and I'm moving.
For about 6 months my oven didn't work right. It overheated and would make the smoke alarm go off. Sometimes I got a code instead of it coming on. Maintenance came and looked at it but didn't actually fix it until it stopped working altogether.
There's a leak from my shower/bathtub that goes downstairs. I had a small portable washing machine in the bathroom when they came to fix it one time (still not fixed all the way). They tried to blame my washing machine and charge me for the repair. The downstairs neighbors told me that

I've been living in these apartments for 10 yrs we have has stuff happen the new manager doesn't like dogs the rent to pay for pets way to expensive I had to sent my animal support dog away cause we couldn't afford it the manager doesn't let us paint the walls like it shows but everyone here is very friendlyish just don't mess with anyone and nobody gets hurt

These apartments are the worst I've ever been to. You can fight the roaches they don't tell you about, but nothing gets rid of them. They're infested I believe. And they always shut the water off for plumbing without warning so you can't flush your toilets, use the shower or even wash your hands. Don't live here for the love of God. I don't even like to visit.

Horrible place to live, DO NOT RECOMMEND. The girls in the office have no idea what they’re doing. No one answers the phone. Maintenance takes forever to fix things and sometimes makes you do it yourself. If you get locked out, you need to pay for a lock smith. To have a pet is even more expensive. Horrible apartments.
