My wife and I have lived here for a little over a year. We really enjoy the grounds and how dog friendly the community is. The office staff is very nice and helpful as well.
I think the best thing about Mediterra is their maintenance staff. Antonio and his crew are quick to fix anything and extremely personable. They do their jobs well and get to know you while doing it. If that's not what you want, you can just tell them and they will get things done quickly and quietly.

Not a wait list, a paid fee application. They’ve been advertising this for what I feel like has been awhile now. You’d think they’d have several applicants.
They’re just trying to collect application money while knowing that the amount of applications that are put in don’t account for how many vacancies they might have in the future. If you also look at the other reviews, they clearly don’t put the scam money into their communities. Watch this scam.

Been here for about 4 months And the maintenance men are getting creepy. They watch you get in your cars. And I caught one looking at my 13-year-old daughter. And if you pay attention they only work half the time. And if you go to the office. There's this Hispanic lady with altered lips, she's messy and unprofessional,

I've lived here for 3 years and I can say without a doubt that Ray has made it 10x more amazing. As a maintenance guy, there isn't anything the guy can't fix. He's personable and very knowledgeable. He lets you know step for step what he did to fix whatever broke (which happens very rarely). If something breaks, he's there in half the time they tell you. Ray makes Mediterra a breeze to live at. I just love the guy!

We are renting the 2 bedroom apartment in the Mediterra community for over 3 years now. We live living here. Two great pools, nice neighbors and it is close to everything. Their manager Araceli is always helpful and their maintenance is fast and accommodating especially SERGIO HORTADO. We just renewed the lease and are looking forward to another year in Mediterra

My family and I have lived here for almost a year now. It has been a great experience, great property managers, and great repair staff. We an issue with our lighting and Ray came and repaired it right away. Ray was super polite, friendly, and listened to our concerns. My son wanted me to make sure I said that he was very polite to him too. Definitely recommend living here.

Looking to move during a pandemic is a tricky task. Mediterra apartments provided the solution. The property managers were quick to respond to my initial request and accommodated an appointment right away. I was impressed during my tour of the apartments with the amenities and how clean and well kept the landscaping was. I could easily picture myself in the community. I am not quick to make a decision so I went home and tried a couple different locations. One apartment community would only do virtual tours. I understand Covid restrictions but would you buy a car without seeing it first? I surely

I have lived here over a year and Geovanni from the maintenance team is awesome. He is professional, communicative, sets expectations, follows through. I haven't had a problem in my unit yet that he couldn't fix. Geovanni brings great energy to the property and is always happy to help the residents.

We lived here for just under two years and we greatly enjoyed our time here. We came from Silverhawk Apartments and it was a night and day difference. The staff were always very caring and responsive to anything we needed, our apartment was clean upon move in day, our air conditioner worked amazing through the brutal summers, and the grounds were always well taken care of. It was quiet, parking was always available, and everything was just overall well taken care of. If we ever ended back up in the desert, Mediterra is the only apartment complex I would live at!

Worst place I have ever lived. They will steal your deposit! Run, don't walk. I would recommend you look at other places before you get stuck here. It's one of the more expensive places in the desert. Not worth the cost.
I had to inhale dangerous chemicals while there was construction work..
They have this guy that comes and blows leaves and dust into every apartment at around 8am, very noisy and unnecessary. The place doesn't look any better after all the noise. Just scattered leaves.

Giovanni Alvarado is one of the maintenance employees here at the property and I just have to say how amazing he is... Always so helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable. Typically from my past experience when you have a maintenance request they come in and do what they need to do and leave but he really goes the extra mile to make sure that you are as completely satisfied.. An absolutely amazing place to live in. The management team genuinely cares about their tenants and the entire staff is very respectful. When ever I needed help with maintenance, their team was fast and efficient, as they took care of my work orders that same day. The Mediterra apartments have very new and modern amenities such as; two different pool areas, a gym, yoga room, and computer room. Also, it is a safe and friendly environment. If my plans don’t work out I will definitely return, as it’s a great place to call home.

Amazingly comfortable apartments. Quiet, spacious, and the location is perfect. 2 minutes away from the grocery store, and there's a bus stop right across the street. Covered parking, two pools, gym, great grill area - it's got everything.
Management is great, all of the rent and maintenance is easily handled through an app, the Internet is fast...don't really know what else to say, but out of all the places I've lived in the past decade, it's my favorite.
Oh, the trash pickup service is so convenient.

If I could give 6 stars I would . Yesterday our AC broke down and in 116 F my husband, I and our dog were hysterical. The two angels in leasing office Melinda and Jen helped immediately. First they got us a portable AC which took off the edge of our situation. They also called a vendor who they convinced to come immediately. He repaired our AC and our small family slept in bliss last night. Grateful to both the girls who were there for us. This makes living in this beautiful and comfortable community so special!!!

We have been living here for the past two years and will miss this community. We are relocating and that is the only reason why we're moving out, however would be back in a heartbeat if the opportunity arises again.
Melinda is amazing! She went out of her way to find a tenant to fill our unit on such a short notice (which she didn't have to, since we were terminating our lease early). She promptly answers any questions or concerns we ever have had.
The maintenance crew is also very friendly, prompt and reliable. There were never any issues with our appliances or unit, only burnt

I have lived here for 2 years, quiet, nice place to live. The gym is always clean, the pool are beautiful and the staff of friendly. Dog friendly with stations all over the grounds.
Val from Maintenace helped me out today in less than 12 hours after submitting a request. He was very friendly and professional.
I pay a little more than I'd like but always feels safe and has worked so far!

I lived at Mediterra for one year 2015-2016 and had to leave due to a job transfer. I really wished I could have stayed at Mediterra. This was the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Its clean, modern, pretty, well kept, and one of the best in La Quinta for sure. The pool facilities are beautiful. It is worth the price for all it has to offer. It was not until I left that I realized how truly great it was. I would highly recommend it.
