I'll let my experience speak for itself. I made a 2pm appointment to see a two bedroom. I arrive and there is a sign on the door saying they'll be back at 2:45. We spend the time looking around the grounds. Slightly past 2:45 Krista shows up and seems put off when I said, "Hi, we had a 2 pm appointment." Maybe she was

I still miss this place. After moving to another location, I realized that I had it good at Ariana. Its a very relaxing place to live with incredibly caring people in management. They took good care of me and were willing to take an extra step to help me in a pinch when I needed it. This place will always have good memories with me :)

I've lived here for about a year and a half now and I love it!! It's peaceful, the view is so pretty, and any typical maintenance issues are resolved quickly. This is my first apartment, and Krista made the entire process so easy since day 1 :) I feel so comfortable coming to talk to her about any questions or concerns I have. I live here at Ariana. The apartments are little older but works perfect for me and my small family and dog. Krista makes it so easy for everyone to live there. She so understanding and is always willing to help. She's always super friendly and does her best to accommodate everyone that lives there. I hear some people being rude to her and they talk down to her at the end of the day Krista is doing everything she can to make our living situation as good as possible. So people should still take in consideration she's just trying to complete her job and shouldn't be saying anything

I absolutely love the great service I received thus far from the leasing Mgr Krista Farley! She's made my application process so easy! I live far away so I was able to put my information and my holding fee online. I visited the beautiful grounds last month and was very happy to see how clean and well maintained everything was! I look forward to moving to Ariana at El Paseo in Palm Desert after my retirement.

4 years ago I gave a 5 star review but since Danielle has left (previous property manager) this place has gone to hell. Rat problems, now a homeless problem because a resident wants to help them and the biggest issue: the communication from the office is horrible. The property manager doesn't do anything to be proactive to handle issues. There was work being done at the pool, drilling, pool being emptied and NO communication about what's going on. Hello! Safety issue! Tried calling Corporate AGAIN to file complaints and NOTHING! They don't seem to care either. No one has the after

So I read the review of a resident here about how the property manager Krista did this or that. I lived at the Mira Bella apartments where Krista was the property manager for almost 5 years. I can say that hands down Krista was one of the most professional and responsive property managers I've ever dealt with in my 20 years of renting. I knew many of the residents there and we weren't the easiest people to deal with, myself included. Being a property manager requires you to be one part property manager, one part arbitrator and 1 part parent. It's not an easy job having to deal with

I am new at Ariana El Paseo. On my first day getting my keys from the building manager Krista, she was super helpful. I was running late and the building manager Krista was absolutely kind and understanding. I moved away from my family for a new job opportunity and I have found a small community that welcomed me from day one. I love how friendly the fur babies parents are. Where do I start? This place seemed great with the pictures posted online but boy do those pictures fool you. Our apartment was 304a and we had a rat problem that was reported a few weeks after we moved in. Pest control and maintenance came in but all that was done was the hole was patched another week later a new hole and more rat droppings. Again maintenance came in and patched the hole the again another week later a brand new hole. At this point we were upset and asked to be let out of the lease. I didn't get around to renting at Ariana at El Paseo, but only because in a twist of fate, I ended up relocating. Not only are the grounds absolutely stunning, but the application process was sensical and speedy, which as a New Yorker, I can't help but appreciate. When I got back to Krista sharing that I had moved elsewhere, she quickly cancelled my application and returned my fee. Overall, if you're looking for a beautiful and inexpensive place to rent in Palm Desert, I highly recommend Ariana at El Paseo.

I have lived in many apartment buildings around the country and I must say the maintenance staff and the leasing agent here are superb! I never met Danielle, but her replacement Krista has been wonderful. She was so incredibly helpful throughout the moving process. Also, any little thing that comes up in the apartment she makes sure to fix it or at least attempt to. And if she cannot fix it, she replaces it. The maintenance staff has been great too. Mike is new and he is fantastic. I do not know many of my neighbors because I work a lot, but I have no complaints. Overall, it is very quiet. The

It is always quiet and the gate and well lit parking area keep it safe. The apartments are reasonably sized, especially for the price. One of the best places I've ever lived.

Ariana at El paseo has been an amazing oasis in the desert for me. I've been living here for almost a year and it is by far the best apt I have ever rented and the best complex I have lived in. The management (Danielle) is amazing and friendly and quick to help with anything that ever arises. It's truly pet friendly and my pups have never been more welcome before. The grounds are immaculate. The apts are spacious and well maintained. The residents are respectful and drama free and everyone is friendly. The neighborhood is super quiet and in an amazing location. El paseo is a walk away

I just moved back to San Diego and wanted to leave a nice review for Ariana Apartments. I moved to the desert 3 years ago and found this beautiful community with such a professional staff. It was well maintained and they have great attention to detail. It's location is in a quiet residential area close enough for a nice hike, bike ride or walk to El Paseo. I had an especially good experience with Danielle; her customer service is outstanding as she is very understanding of the residents needs and responds promptly to requests. Living at the Ariana Apartments in Palm Desert was an outstanding experience because Danielle Ashby was always very professional and accommodating. It was my first apartment experience and it has continued to be the best one ever since. Manager Danielle Ashby is extremely helpful very pleasant to work with. Worked with her over several months making arrangements for an apartment that was needed last minute and she was very accommodating. apartments are quiet and very clean and in a great ares near lots of restaurants stores and bars.
