Dr. Johnson says, This approach to seeing relationships - as an attachment bond - and shaping more loving relationships is leading the couple relationship field into a new understanding of romantic love. We now have a map to the territory called love and we can empower couples by showing them new systematic ways to take control of the dances of disconnection and conflict.
Break downs in communication? Triangulation? Difficult relationships with parents and kids? These are some of the things that bring families to therapy. We will use healthy communication tools and techniques to get to the root of the problem and help you and your family heal and strengthen your connection.
The Disconnected Couple- There were times in your relationship when you felt emotionally close and could talk through problems. Sure, you fought, but repair was easy and you found your way back to one another quickly. Lately it feels like nothing you do works. You want to have fun again and feel like partners.

5 stars is an understatement! I’ve known Lyndsey Osler for close to 20 years and have benefited greatly from her council. She is warm and genuine; intelligent; and she will push you to do the work necessary for your wellbeing - whether that’s acceptance or change. I can’t recommend her enough.

Lyndsey is an invaluable resource for couples who are looking to strengthen their relationship, learn more effective communication and/or recover from various marital issues. She is also an awesome resource for parenting help, negotiating parental roles and instilling confidence in parents. She is skilled not only because of her awesome training, research-based approaches and years as a therapist but also because she is a wife and mom herself...
Lyndsey is comfortable to be around, non-judgmental and real. Her direct feedback and strategies are helpful right from the start of therapy!

My husband and I were so happy to find Lyndsey Osler, LMFT. There were a few issues that we could never seem to work through on our own. After lots of arguments that went nowhere we finally decided an impartial person may be able to help. Lyndsey thoughtfully listened to both of us and helped us identify some of the challenges that were keeping us from moving past certain arguments. She also gave us great tools to help us communicate more openly - and productively!
