A. Once an offer has been accepted by the seller, usually in the form of a written binder prepared by a real estate broker, the seller's attorney would prepare a contract. The contract is forwarded to my office where I would review them to make sure you are legally protected and that it includes all appropriate terms.

Update: Michael helped my husband and me on closing our own home. (previously helped with closing on my parents home) and once again everything went very well. Buying a home during a pandemic was not easy and everything that could happen did, but Michael was always available and ready to help with what ever we needed.
I definitely recommend him and if I ever decide to buy a home again (not lol) I will be using him again. Thank you for always having our best interest in mind.

Terrible service - way over priced. He has no respect for his clients, doesn’t let you talk and his office worker Kathy is worse. Definitely look elsewhere. Tons of closing attorneys out there that care about their clients and are cheaper. Extremely arrogant and rude. Kathy is lazy and has terrible manners as well. His one rating of 5 stars is not a client for sure.
