I worked with Simeone & Miller on a injury claim for my accident. By the time I reached out to them it had been at least since I had been pushed around by the insurance company. It was nice to have it in the hands of professionals. They explained everything in the beginning so I knew what I was getting myself into and answered questions and concerns promptly along the way. They checked in with me before making any decisions and I really felt like they were working for me. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Terrible experience. Called for the free consultation and was told they’d get back to me the next day, but they didn’t. Called three more times and left messages requesting an answer on whether or not they were going to accept my case, and they still didn’t get back to me. Very unprofessional behavior on their part. They wasted my time.
Update: I received a phone call from Mr. Miller. He apologized profusely and reviewed my case. He gave me thorough and thoughtful feedback. Although he was unable to take my case, I would call upon him again if the need arose. Apologies for poor service are

Mr. Simeone was extremely generous and helpful with my legal concerns. Although the firm did not take up my case, Mr. Simeone spent a few hours reviewing my issues and offering guidance, all in gratus. Today. after checking again, i was told that simeone & miller "could not help me with my cases". "why?" "because medmal cases are hard." "that's what you do." "well medmal is time consuming..."oh, really". what total bs. mr . miller just called me back after i sent a message on their website wanting to explain. i told him 'i'm sorry if you can't do what your practice can't do what you're supposed to do" and hung up. i have been legal assistant with travelers insurance staff counsel, major case
