The SOR will initially recommend a denial, but provide an opportunity to refute the recommendation.

In need of a TWIC, but having been rejected by the TSA for having a disqualifying offense, I reached out to the National Security Law Firm for help in drafting a waiver request to present to TSA.

We found National Security Law Firm by their outstanding google reviews and I can attest they did not disappoint with my case. TSA has a tendency to automatically deny eligibility for all and any reason. Brett and his team responded quickly to deadlines, requested extensions, provided documentation to TSA.
