To anyone in need of a good trust attorney, I share my personal experience with the John Goralka Law Firm. I am the recently widowed 85 year old father of a multi-handicapped, legally blind, neurologically impaired adult son and two professional social worker daughters who are severely dysfunctional in our family matters. Jhon was 2x more expensive then any other attorney my parents paid $4,500 upfront, He was highly recommended by our Cpa . Even tho my parents had hesitation using jhon due to the high cost I convinced them he was the best bet. Due to my parents lack of English reading skills they did not compete the documents on time. When I contacted jhon a couple years later to complete the documents for my parents he said he would have to recharge my parents to start fresh. After traveling across the country, during covid 19, John and his staff bent over backwards to insure that we would spend no more time in California than absolutely necessary. We traveled to probate an estate and also a trust. We arrived on Tuesday afternoon, were able to meet with John on Wednesday and signed our last papers on Friday afternoon, allowing us to leave Sacramento on Saturday morning. My spouse and I were searching for some legal advise regarding updating our Last Will and Testament.
