Would have been five stars...Mark, Andy and the crew are usually totally on top of things. I've been going to Mark for nearly 20 years. Up until this spring they've been, correct, efficient, and done it all at a fair price. This spring I've had some off point diagnosis from them and it's really cost me. Having said that I'm back in their waiting room for an oil change. I will be getting a second opinion about major things in the future. But I'll be back.

DO NOT get your transmission fixed here!!! I repeat, DO NOT get your transmission fixed here!!! Had my transmission rebuilt here and it cost me $4000 and with a 1 yr warranty. In exactly 13mos my transmission goes out. Take it back there and they did absolutely nothing. Told me to take it somewhere else and get a transmission flush lol. So yes they do rebuild transmissions but it will only last as long as the warranty is good. Learn from my mistake. Take your transmission problems somewhere else.

I have followed this business A & B transmission where ever they have moved to Andy, and his brother Mark their other men who work there are awesome. I would recommend them. From transmissions to engines and just regular preventive maintenance on your car. For about 20 years I've been very satisfied with their expertise.

I LOVE Andy & Mark!!! I have been going to them since 2005 or 6 when they were Bladensburg Rd in DC when they moved around I followed. I love going to them because they don't BS you. They know what they are doing and don't mess up your vehicle and try to cover it up. They work hard to try and get your vehicle back to you the same day if possible. They get an infinite number of stars in my book. Also, if they don't do whatever you need done they refer you to someone who does. And he's great too!!
