I had horrible experience here. As one of one star reviews stated, once they took your money, phone call doesn't get answered anymore and emails will take a long time or they will tell you answering email is not included in your services. They also tried to charge me more than what they promised. they charged me $150 for a consultation. They said if I decided to use their service, I will get $150 off(since I already paid $150). When the payment was processed, they didn't give me the $150 off. I asked, they said they didn't say that. Because my interview was really close, I decided

I absolutely do not recommend this place. Scarlett is a very nice lawyer she gives free consultation but once they take your case and you have already pay she gives your case to her assistant Betty and she does not have information about your case or maybe they do not care about reading it, so on every email they will answer randomly and not even an answer about your case, they will answer about general information of your petition. They take 3 days to answer your emails, when you call the receptionist she says that no one is available to take your call. Take 2 weeks to send information to the

Immigration process is painfully long however Scarlett helped me through all of the steps from Conditional Permanent Resident to a 10-year Permanent Resident. She was easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions I had within the same day or next day. During my first meeting with Scarlett she was welcoming and patient with the issues and questions about my situation. She was patient enough to answer all my super-detailed questions and defined the next steps. I was confident in knowing all my filings had been submitted accurate and in timely manner.
