Looking for an alternate place to take our Audi other than the dealership. The positive reviews sold me so we gave them a shot. Their texted inspection report and recommended services is awesome, super informative and convenient and include pictures when able to. You can either confirm or decline the suggested work in the text, and off they go.
I did have a problem that they sent my car home with a pretty bad oil leak that it didn't have before. However I got the car back to them and they jumped on it immediately, found the problem and fixed it, cleaned up the entire underside of the car where

Very professional and knowledgeable. Like that they take pics to show you what's going on. Communication was excellent. They are fair priced and no high pressure sales or scare tactics. Having an inspection done on my vehicle and finding that I was leaking coolant somewhere by my water pump, the coolant was extremely low. I opted not to fix it at the time as this was around $1,000 cost. It would have been nice for Peerless to have at least put some coolant in as I also just paid them $1,000 for, four new tires and this is the shop that services BOTH of my families vehicles for about 4 years now. We've given them a lot of money over the years and to return my vehicle with virtually no coolant really upset me. I was disappointed that a small gesture of kindness was over looked.

Would highly recommend Peerless Automotive on Santa Fe street in Olathe, they always do excellent work on my cars and get it done in a timely fashion. They had my car for a few days trying to figure out a problem but it never happened again and there was no charge. So you must give them a try not a chain and locally owned.

I have been going to Peerless since the dawn of time, so when my girlfriend got new tires from a major tire chain, and they were clearly not balanced properly. She took it back to the same place, where they allegedly rebalanced them. No noticeable difference. Still bad.
So I call the guys I trust, they show me the readings, send me pictures of the measurements, fixed it, and the car feels brand new again. I literally won’t take my car anywhere else.
Not to mention the things they found during the inspection that we didn’t know about. No pressure to fix them, but approach it as informational

We have had both of our Volkswagens serviced at Peerless. Steve and his staff is always professional. They have a great diagnostic report that is sent via text. They will not do any repair without your approval and are up front and honest on what needs to be repaired immediately and what can be addressed a little later. They have a good price on the full synthetic blend oil required for our cars. They have always been helpful with finding us the parts we needed and giving advice and contacts for things we can research ourselves. They also have lender cars that we have used on more than one occasion

This is the only shop I go to. Customer service is top notch. You will always feel welcomed and respected here. The service manager is very engaging. Your issues will be carefully listened to and explanations are detailed. Price is always fair and I've never felt pressured to do unnecessary work. The Techs are well versed in all repairs as well as custom performance work.

My dad came from out of town and his brake calipers were locked along with damaged rotors, brake pads and brake lines. I needed to help him get his car fixed ASAP to safely travel home. Peerless was outstanding. They explained everything simply and responded promptly to texts and phone calls. Class act and more than fair pricing. My dad was back on the road and made it safely home (350 miles) without issues. Thank you Peerless.
