My stay experience is negatively affected by management attitude in few situations; they attempted to enforce charging me for a new utility when they thought I messed up with the old one's maintenance and then they brought a third party who told them it's just the lifetime of the equipment, not the tenant messed with it!

For the price, not a bad place. Office staff has been very friendly and accommodating. The one bedroom that I currently rent isn’t perfect, there are blemishes here and there but again, for the price compared to others in the area, I can live with a few blemishes. When major things break, they are taken care of in one or two days, depending on the nature of the repairs. For example, my heater went out two weeks after I moved in, in the evening. It wasn’t an emergency and it was fixed the next day. The main entrance door knob was broke, that took two days. Again, not an emergency. Either others

I had a tour scheduled and I show up and wait in the parking lot for a half hour just for nobody to show up. I've tried calling the office only to be sent over to a leasing consultant who was nice, but couldn't offer any helpful assistance on the situation.
History has shown me that bad vibes in the leasing office means stay away.
Looking at other reviews which included a reply from a property employee, I see that they value what's written on a paper more than being good to their tenants, and wanting their tenants to love where they live.
I will be choosing another place to live.

Would not recommend this place. Maintenance is fast and helpful, some seem over friendly but never had an issue that crossed the line. I never found the area unsafe and no issues with break-ins. Had issue with a neighbor and property manager did a poor job resolving the problem. They also have a poor rent payment process that with the automatic rent that no reminder about when the expiration date is coming up so they excessively charge late fees. There are no smoke free buildings so if your downstairs neighbor smokes you will be smelling it in your apartment. Lastly, rent has gone up dramatically

I just moved out of this apartment to move in with a roommate, but I am surprised by all of the negative reviews. I never really had any problems living here. The basement, where storage and washer/dryers are located, flooded a couple of times and because I was on the first floor, my apartment felt a bit damp. This is one of my only complaints. Maintenance was always prompt and the staff are friendly. I could hear people moving about above my apartment, but it was never a ridiculous noise level. All in all, it was a decent place to live.

No doubt, the worst apartment complex in metro Detroit, price wise, and customer service wise. I have been living in these apartments for the past five years because they are close to my workplace but I’m about to move out due to the constant price increase. five years ago when the gas was $4.00 a gallon the rent was $720.00 for two bedrooms, now the gas is barely $2.00 a gallon the rent is over $1000.00 a month! Their customer service is the worst; their air conditioning system is horrible, and they charge more money over the rent for every little thing; they have $50 fee if you need a new key

Pros:
Fairly quiet (see Con #1)
Quick maintenance response time
Organized, friendly leasing office
Abundance of parking
Close to many businesses, stores, and parks
All listed amenities are available and true
Cons:
Thin walls/floors/ceiling
My storage room was dirty and might've had moisture. If you're touring, definitely inspect the storage room YOU WOULD HAVE if it's a selling point
One washer/dryer per building if not in unit
Small mailboxes
