Incompetent dentistry, in my terrifying experience. Although he no longer works there and I never saw him again after he killed my tooth, after years of loyalty to this place they put me with a new dentist and after what was supposed to be a simple filling, I had to get not one, but TWO crowns on the tooth. The first crown was too big and sitting way too low. Awful work. Thankfully yet another dentist whom I have never seen put my second one one decently. I work in the area and I was looking for a new dentist closer to work. I had seen a billboard on the exit ramp for this dental practice and the offer of free teeth whitening for their clients. I though what a great perk!....but after reading the reviews on professionalism and organization... I'll have to evaluate if it would truly be worth it.

My daughter's experience there:
I was looking forward to some more "me time" at the dentist (Anne Elizabeth Family Dentist). So after finding a baby sitter for all 3 kids and driving 35 minutes to the dentist they tell me that they took me off the books because I verbally didn't confirm my appointment by phone. What!?!?! I was there last week and made the appointment!! I admit I have been having trouble with my cell phone service and didn't get the call. I asked if they tried to contact me any other way. They said they are starting to contact patients by email as of TODAY. I asked if there was

They cancelled my appointment 11 minutes before it was scheduled. Found out the good hygienist, Callie, had left the practice. As their policy is a $25 charge with less than 24 hours notice, I asked for my $25 but was refused(I would have donated it to charity). I am no longer a client of this practice. By the way, they solicited me to write this review and I am glad to oblige.
