I loved it here! Was here two years, moved out summer 2018.
Parking lot newly blacktopped. Pool maintained beautifully by Dave, the maintenance man. It is true that the hours are minimal for the office, but they were extremely responsive when I called.
I loved my morning coffee by the pool!
Price is fantastic, great location. Thanks, Devon Park!

This place is great if: you don't have a job, don't enjoy sleep and don't care about your safety.
The residents are so much fun that they party in the parking lot all hours of the night. Your car is as good as gone. Residents are also very aggressive, looking for a fight. It's like your own little piece of Detroit.
You can complain to the manager but 1. She's never there 2. She won't believe you and doesn't care.
The walls are paper thin so you get to hear all the action. If your neighbor farts, you'll hear it.
The basement storage looks like something out of the movie SAW. This place should

Not worth $675. When I first moved in back in 2013 rent was $575....Moved back in 2015 rent went up to $675....I use to love this place... Got kicked out because the man above me called and made fails statements about me to the office.

Can't wait to leave. Nearly impossible to get repairs done since their office is open for 4 hours a day. When you call during business hours they don't answer. Leave messages...expect to wait 5-7 days for a call back. Parking lot is a minefield of potholes, management is non-existent unless they need something from you.
Think twice...

Don't deal with these clowns. Not worth it. Their office is only open a couple hours a day, so good luck getting in touch with them. The woman who works there is incredibly rude. They request an insulting and invasive amount of personal documents and will blame you for THEIR fax machine being down when your current landlord tries to send them some of said documents. Their parking lot is so full of potholes it looks like something out of the third world. Not even a bargain. Pay $25.00 a month more and get a decent apartment at a real apartment complex and not this waste of real estate.
