Created Practice: He opened Park Animal Hospital in 1991 and has been an active part of the Las Vegas and Henderson community ever since. Pets: Dr. C has not yet been able to replace his beloved Doberman Pinscher, Kianna (Kia), that passed away several years ago. He loves his birds, exotics, and fish and coral tanks.
We are excited to introduce to you Dr. Scott Echols DVM. Dr. Echols is a board certified avian specialists with over 20 years of experience in practice, teaching and research. Dr. Echols is the co-founder of Mobile Avian Surgical Services, founder of Avian Studios and Scarlet Imaging, a frequent author and lecturer and has created educational DVD's and other videos that have been viewed worldwide.
At Park Animal Hospital, you can expect state of the art medical care for your four-legged companions. We believe in nurturing the human-animal bond and creating a harmonious relationship between people and animals. You can expect to be greeted by a courteous receptionist, clean exam rooms, friendly doctors, and caring technicians.

My dog rates a 3+ star because she hates baths and shots. I, however, find the staff WONDERFUL and submit the reviews so Chino is overruled! They treat her warmly as she stares daggers at me. When I get her, she's delighted and looks and smells great!
Chino says that they were nicest of all the groomers and Drs. It's the humiliation of being seen naked and prodded that she objects to. I tell her I understand completely because I have Docters too. The grooming, I Love💕😊.

Dr. Prokup is a lazy doctor. I brought my dog in for an ultrasound to see if the masses on her spleen grew and if they spread. He admitted to not even looking at her entire spleen and didn't look at any of the other organs. He just recommended surgery to remove her spleen. Why wouldn't you look at her other organs? Why not look at the entire spleen? What did I exactly pay for then? A confirmation the tumors were still there?! As if they would magically disappear?! I already knew she had tumors and they needed to be removed. I brought her in to see if it spread to other organs and if more

I've been taking my cats here for almost 18 years. The staff is incredibly nice, the veterinarians are knowledgeable and friendly, and my cats get care I can trust. I just had to put an elderly, sick cat down, and everyone was very understanding and helpful during that difficult time. I would highly recommend them to any pet owner.

Fantastic place. I've been to a few different places in Vegas/Henderson and we love this place. Doctors are very kind and very thorough. Receptionist are friendly and have things in order. I've been to so many where people are burnt out or ready to sell you on their brand but here, they are very focused on just giving good care and being professional. It is also very sweet how excited they get to see some puppies and you know, w.o a shread of doubt, the people here are committed and care about the animals.

Park Animal Hospital is so great - Dr. Abraham is simply the best. I've had my young kitten to the vet for both routine exams, vaccinations and follow up exams after a brush with the emergency vet (was sick with a respiratory issue that caused him to have trouble breathing, not eating etc). Every time I've dealt with Park I've had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Abraham even recommended some treatments at the follow up exam to help my kitten with his respiratory issues. All of the regular checkups and vax visits I've had have been great, and they're really a caring bunch

After being with another vet's office for many years I decided to make a change. I was blown away by the professionalism of all the Park Animal Hospital employees. I have 3 dogs, but one of them is old and sick and panics when going to the vet (not good for a dog with heart disease). The staff was so accommodating letting me wait until Dr. Abraham was in the room before we brought her in. They were so understanding and patient. And so organized! Dr. Abraham and the vet tech gave me so much information and they made it so easy for my dog I couldn't believe it! Dr. Abraham is an amazing

I took my daughters pet rat here about 3 weeks ago. They gave me a great price for the office visit and prescribed me 2 medicines. Unfortunately she to a clerical error we only received 1 medication and it took several calls with wrong messages being relayed to the Veterinarian. Although he did return my call, which was a pleasant surprise. I will go back here again, because the Vet, services and fees were awesome. It just needs a bit of improvement at the front desk. FYI the rat passed away last night but I believe the medical care was the best we could have received. By the way who knew a rat

We had really high hopes for this vet and had been looking forward to our first appointment but by the end of it we were incredibly disappointed. We had originally requested our appointment through their website a few weeks ago where it advertised a complimentary get to know you visit for new clients. They called my husband back the next day which was great and offered a few times as the times we wrote on their form weren't available which was completely fine because we weren't in a big rush just needed to update our dogs shots that had just expired and were just looking for a closer

This place has vets knowledgeable on rabbits! The staff seems to care a lot about the animals despite their being so many coming in all the time. They have all been very nice to me. It makes me feel good coming in. This place is very busy so I’d have some time to spare. I saw Dr Abraham for what it seems to be an upper respiratory infection. He and staff are very communicative and he has answered questions and concerns I have had about my rabbits health throughout the weeks. He knows lot and even has told me some things I didn’t know about Rabbits despite research.I was recommended this place

Once again, this place is helping my 14 yr old dog heal from a bad infection. I keep trying to find another vet that's equally competent so I have a back up vet but I keep failing. I will not be going anywhere else from now on. They're open every day of the week and can handle critical care and even hospitalization. The vets and staff are all competent and caring and compassionate. I'm really grateful to have found them.

They were able to get our hedgehog in quickly to be seen and took good care of him while he was there. Pricing is very affordable and Doc C seems to genuinely care about the animals. Even though there was nothing that could be done for our quill-baby, Doc C wanted to help.
When our quill baby passed, Doc C performed the necropsy for us, and then took care of having him cremated. This place has gone downhill. My family has been taking our dog, Emme, here since we moved to vegas (about 5 years ago now). We originally chose Park because our dog requires sedation to be groomed. Park was close to us and had good reviews. For awhile, there were no issues & the staff was capable and friendly. Recently that has all gone away & I will be finding a different place to take Emme.

Absolutely the BEST! I r tried a few vets in town and never felt like they truly cared about my fur baby, but at Park they do! They're all the sweetest and most sincere staff. They take pride in the animals they tend to and ensure the paw parents are at ease. Frankie is phenomenal and always greets the animals and owners with such compassion. I'm so thankful I found this vet and so close to home. I would absolutely recommend Park Animal Hospital to ALL my pet loving parents.
