You will be taken through the most cutting edge, fat burning, muscle building workouts available to help you shred pounds of fat, tone up, and see FAST results! To avoid plateaus, we will track your body fat percentage, muscle mass, and weight on an InBody machine. In this class we will focus on cardio vascular training but will do so using many muscles that you do not normally use.

When I started working out at Omalza Fitness, I had zero knowledge on how to lift weights or even workout. Ian and all of the coaches at Omalza Fitness take their time to properly show technique on how to lift weights through various HIIT Cardio training sessions. Ian and all of the coaches treat you like you're part of their family!
Fitness is at the tip of everyone's tongue these days. Our world continues to change and taking care of our health becomes even more important each day. So where do you start and what are the basics? We all know that eating healthy, avoiding junk food, abstaining from alcohol, getting enough sleep and working out will help.

Just finished the 6-week challenge and all I can say is WOW. The challenge is 110% worth the money. What you gain from the challenge is honestly life changing. I lost 17lbs and 6% body fat in 6 weeks! At the beginning of the challenge Ian sits down with you and provides you with a meal plan specific to you and your goals. You have unlimited access to the classes during your 6 weeks as well as constant communication with Ian and the staff! The staff check in with you multiple times a week to make sure you’re staying on your meal plan, getting cardio in and attending classes.

Right after my first class at Omalza gym I knew I'd be challenged in ways I haven't been challenged in years.
The 6 week challenge was a great choice for me to get back in shape. Going to the gym and doing workouts on my own just wasn't providing the results I'd like to see. I was tired of always telling myself to tweak my diet and workouts here and there and hope to see major changes, except they never came. I knew that if I wanted to achieve the results I desired, I needed to change up the routine.

Incredibly difficult class. David is pretty exceptional. I appreciate his workout techniques & his desire for his clients to do better & be better. Thanks Omalza team!
Seth was pretty amazing too. He was the first class I took last week.
If you are looking for some difficulty this is definitely the studio to check out. It kind of reminds
me if CrossFit & High Intensity Training had a baby.

I entered the six week challenge after my coworker participated as she raved about how amazing this gym was.
The challenge is to choose between losing 20 pounds or 6% body fat, and I chose the 6%.
To start, the atmosphere of the gym is completely amazing. Everyone is friendly & knowledgeable, and the trainings are consistently pushing you to do your best. I thoroughly enjoyed the Tuesday/Thursday morning classes with the owner, Ian.

I'm writing this with my tongue because it's the only part of me that's not sore.
I've been coming to Omalza for a couple months now and I looooooove this gym.
I take mainly Booty Pump and Upper Body Lifting. Since I've been coming, I'm definitely seeing those sweet sweet gainzzz. I've brought 3 new people here and EVERY ONE OF THEM has gone through the following emotional cycle:

Today is actually my one year anniversary with being at this gym, so I feel it very appropriate (and way overdue!) for me to finally give this place the praise it deserves! Long story short, three of my girl friends had been bugging me to give this gym a try, and when I finally did... I quit my previous gym of three years and ended up signing up!
My favorite thing about this gym is that there are various times of classes ranging from 5:00am to 7:00pm throughout the week... AND that there are different classes from weight lifting, kickboxing, bulgarian bags, booty pump, body plyo, kettle bells

Ian came with his beautiful family to the restaurant I work at and told me about his gym and the 6 weeks challenge and told me to come and check out the options.
They made me feel very comfortable and part of something once I finally show up.
All of his team are very professional and push you to the limit. And made it easy the 6 weeks journey.
I lost 28 pounds in 6 weeks and that not only changed my body but my life and soul. I'm feeling a totally different person and I know now I'm capable of going even further!
I'm very grateful for everything this gym brought to my life.
They made me feel very comfortable and part of something once I finally show up.

I just finished the 6 week challenge at Omalza Fitness and to say I am blown away is an understatement. I've been uncomfortable with my weight for far too long. I've done fad diets and challenges before and they all failed miserably. I'm an emotional eater so while I can preach about eating healthy, clean foods to my friends and family, I wasn't necessarily practicing what I was preaching all the time. After I said Got married last December, I unfortunately let myself go far more than I wanted and lost all confidence. I took the plunge and did the 6 week challenge at Omalza and chose the goal of losing 6% body fat. I just finished up a 6 week challenge at Omalza Fitness and I am so proud to say I:
I lost 11.1 pounds, gained 3.3 pounds of muscle AND lost 6% body fat! That’s 12 POUNDS OF FAT!!!

So far I have taken two classes at this gym, kettle bell and boxing. They offer quite a few classes on their schedule and I wouldn't mind checking out their weightlifting, Bulgarian bag or battle rope class at some point.
I would describe the kettle bell class as more of a cardio kettle bell. With about 30 people in a small space you can't get too technical and the bell you grab in the beginning of class is your bell for the entire class. Class consisted of a warm up, about 5 different exercises for 10 reps and then for the next hour just dropped down in reps until we reached one

Just finished my 6 weeks challenge! I lost 7.2% body fat and gained 4 lbs of muscle! I loved it and signed up to continue on their monthly program! The team is very professional, making the process simple for you with the detailed diet plan, that they adjust along the way based on your progress. They really care about helping you reaching your goal. The classes are intense to the right level to see results fast. They assigned me an accountability coach that was in touch with me all the time, giving tips about diet, workouts, and everything that I had a question about.

Today I finish my 6 week challenge and let me tell you guys how proud I am... thank you too the whole Omalza Fitness staff on helping me me reach my goal.. remember listen to your coach. Eat your food. Don’t be scared to ask any questions to your coaches they will help you. Hard work and dedication. Is all work hard it will pay off. I love this place.

Ian and all the trainers are great! They all each helped me throughout the challenge providing me with good tips on meal prep and keeping me motivated on the workouts.
I had an accountability coach and he was great. Always made sure I was eating and kept me very motivated.
I met new people and made some new friends, this is a way to keep each other motivated and keep going. It definitely helped me stay focus and motivated.
