I am a Southern California based photographer who specializes in wedding and portrait photography with a fun and creative flair. I am available for weddings and portrait photography in the Southern and Northern California area and beyond. As a Southern California Photographer I'm very familiar with some of the most awesome locations for weddings, engagement sessions and family portraits.

I get excited about every wedding because it's another chance to meet new people and to create wonderful, natural and authentic images. There's not really a name for my style. I just love to capture those fleeting moments that fly by so fast you don't realize they happened until you see the images for the first time.

We absolutely loved working with Terrence Bishop and we are so happy with the beautiful photos he and his assistant Michelle took during our wedding last January. He really takes his time to get you know you as a couple and he puts you at ease from the very first meeting. He made our engagement shoot fun and came up with great ideas on the spot. We are so happy with our photos from the wedding and we are still getting compliments from friends and family. We highly recommend Bishop Photography!

I hired Terrence Bishop to photograph my wedding. He was very responsive and really easy and nice to work with leading up to the wedding and on the day of the wedding there were no problems at all. I should clarify that Terrence himself did not photograph the wedding due to a scheduling conflict (he told me of this conflict when we first spoke so it was not a surprise.) For my actual wedding his two assistants Michelle Bongirno and another woman (whose name I unfortunately can't remember!) were the photographers. They were also lovely to work with. Hands down best working photographer out there. This guy's knows it lighting !!! We did a package with him that we couldn't say no to. The engagement photos were beautiful and we can't wait to see the wedding. But he was always on us at the wedding making sure he got every shot of every important event. I think even me dancing funny. I'm a good person and so is my husband so he definitely gets credit for being out or dance circles. He definitely knows how to keep up and a low profile. We loved you Terrance !!! Can't wait to see what other photos we will be needing soon

My husband and I met Terrence at a bridal show in Diamond Bar. We were so impressed by his sample pictures, affordability, and professional yet fun demeanor that we hired him shortly afterward for our engagement and wedding pictures.
We were definitely nervous going into our engagement pictures, but Terrence is great at making you feel relaxed and able to act like yourself. This definitely shows in the quality of the pictures, and basically everyone we later showed them to couldn't stop raving at how well they came out! My husband and I used Bishop Photography for our engagement photos and for our wedding. We couldn't have been more impressed with his professionalism and expertise. He was able to take to average looking people (me and my hubby) in an average place (streets of downtown LA) and make truly beautiful pictures. He really does have a gift to capture the best moments and lighting. After our engagement photo shoot, I was a bit nervous (about how I would look in the pictures) but once we got the images I knew for sure I would have nothing to worry about at the wedding, which was a huge relief.

Terrence was our wedding photographer. He was GREAT! So easy to work with, quick to respond to my emails, and questions. Since he's been doing this a long time, he had great suggestions for our engagement pix. He suggested venues and our pix were beautiful. He's photographed all my sisters' weddings too. I couldn't recommend him more!

Terrence was awesome to work with and made us feel completely comfortable during the engagement and wedding photo shoots. He's professional, sincere and very humorous, which helps makes the time go quickly while not being nervous in front of the camera. Terrence wants to get to know the couple so his calm and outgoing personality seal the deal. The wedding bonus was he had another photographer help him with the wedding day coverage allowing them to capture more of the golden moments. We were amazed with the engagement photo shoot (beach setting) and still in love with our wedding photos.
