Julia Gourley is excited about acquiring the practice and has a true passion for dentistry. She enjoys transforming smiles and seeing the added confidence it gives her patients. She received her degree in General Dentistry from Oregon Health and Sciences School of Dentistry in 2012. She graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science with highest honors.

A dental implant mimics the form and function of a natural tooth, which consists of a root and a crown.

I went in and had a checkup and cleaning with Bayley. AMAZING!!! The best cleaning I’ve ever had and overall a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and patient. All my questions were listened to and answered with care. They helped me with all my dental and insurance questions. I already booked my next 6 month appointment. Again, Bayley was amazing and I’m looking forward to my next checkup with this clinic!

I will never recommend this Clinic to the whole Washingtonian people. I called today and spoke to one of the rudest front office, Tracie. I greeted good morning. The way she respond to me like. When I ask how many times do I get a deep cleaning she said in an irritating voice "No, not with the adults and I said " Oh, okay, thanks for letting me know that and she said "hmmm"... And I asked again so can I make an appointment for deep cleaning and this is her" What appointment, Yolanda". and I said for deep cleaning and she said What deep cleaning we haven't seen you for two years with a discriminating

This office is amazing. Everyone from the receptionists to the Dr herself. They made a mistake on my initial treatment plan but honored what they quoted me anyways. They didn't have to do that considering the part they didn't include was an elective procedure. Dr. Holtz and her amazing assistant drove all the way up to Longview from Vancouver to do the procedure and had superb bedside manner during one of the most terrifying moments in my life. I am so impressed with their professionalism and I would highly recommend Dr Holtz to anyone looking to start the process of dentures. She takes the time

Everyone here is truly amazing. From the front desk staff to the dentist to the other professionals... I felt like I was talking to my girlfriends. And I rarely feel that way with medical professionals. The office itself is beautiful as well! I'm just overjoyed to have found this place and that they take my insurance! I never thought I'd be happy to have to pay so much money because I need a crown hahah (by the way it's more affordable than other places!)

My kids have been going here for 5+ years. When they switched over from taking state, I understood because I know it’s difficult to find providers who are willing to accept it. But when they called back, letting us know that they had started taking state patients again, I said that we would not be visiting because of Covid concerns, and would make an appointment as soon as we were comfortable.
In calling back in 2021, they let me know that my children are deactivated in their system and they will no longer accept state. Yikes. Seems like they didn’t want to grandfather in folks who were previously

Absolutely AMAZING experience! Angelica and Bonnie were super sweet and welcoming as soon as I walked in. They answered all one million of my questions I had coming in which was super helpful to me given I was also coming in for an ortho recommendation. They got everything sent over for the recommendation before I even got out of the chair! Talk about quick and efficient! The hygienist that did my cleaning was also absolutely wonderful! By far the best cleaning I have had at a dentist office hands down. She was so thorough with the cleaning I couldn’t believe it! You guys have a wonderful staff
