They are simply amazing. My one year old poodle broke his leg on Christmas- we ended up using an emergency vet, and while doing our follow up visit on New Year’s Eve at Mobley I was called into work- SHMC to help save a life. They were so understanding… helping make my dog safe and allowing me to settle the bill upon my next visit. This is a top notch place, with people that care, and most importantly are flexible in an ever changing world. Thank you 😊

Dr. Hendrickson and staff were able to schedule last minute appointment for Buster Brown when he ate a bone that hurt him. Super cool Dr. Who was very knowledgeable and eager to help get my boy feeling better. This will be my primary vet from here on out!

In my view, the kind doctors of Mobley--and God's goodness--are why my 16-yr-old pup survived a traumatic brain injury after burglars left the basement door open and I found my small dog on the concrete floor below. I have been with Mobley many years, and, even though my beloved doctors have all retired, I'm glad to say I have confidence in the crew who are now in place. Not inexpensive. But the doctors are alert to warn me beforehand and advise me on the best course of action. I feel good about taking my animals there and believe you can too.

Took kitty in for a microchip scan, the vet tech held the chip scanner in place and didn’t scan the entire kitty even after I asked if she’d run the scanner over the kitty because microchips move.
Front desk staff didn’t make eye contact or acknowledge me standing at the desk. Yes, they were on the phone, but it takes two seconds to look up and acknowledge someone.

Dr. was very invested the care of our greyhound! She takes the extra time one to explain procedures, answer our questions, and call to follow up. Vet techs are excellent when handling our dog. Our only complaint is the front office staff- always curt, rude……however….. understandably they seem understaffed in the front office…. But we still expect professionalism.

You did what you could to give us a more complete diagnosis and delivered the news that you had to in a most caring way. We appreciate that. I do not recommend Mobley for cat care! We took our kitty there last week because she wasn’t eating or drinking and was gagging when she got near food. They gave her fluids, antibiotics and pain meds and sent her home with no explanation. We had her at Nashville Cat Clinic the next day to actually determine what was wrong with her. She wound up at… Nashville Vet Specialists for nearly a week, almost dying. This is the second time we could have lost a cat under Mobley’s care. They may be ok with dogs, shots and other basics, but do not take a sick cat there.

The entire staff was amazing! My dog usually bites and has a very horrible time at the Vet when he goes. I took him here because a friend recommended it and was glad I did. He didn't bite anyone and I was able to get the muzzle on him with ease without me even being bit and there were several Vet techs in the room to help calm him down and assisted me on what was best to help him stay calm, overall everyone there was friendly, easy to understand what was needed and they handled animals very professional but at the same time as they are their own with love and care.

We took our animals here for years, and they were well-cared for during their visits. Recently, however, it has become impossible to set up a visit. For the past two weeks, our attempts to schedule annual exams have been stymied by an outgoing phone message that immediately routes you to a voicemail box, which we are subsequently informed is full.… We have submitted several requests for appointments through the website but have never received any form of follow-up. It is our strong preference to keep taking our pets to Mobley, but it seems that option has been taken off the menu.

We have a dog that is very nervous around strangers however given COVID, most places were only doing curbside. unfortunately taking her to a vet that only allowed curbside wasn’t an option for us. multiple people suggested mobley and we were so pleased with our experience. the staff was more than understanding with our situation and Dr Coles was… extremely helpful and knowledgeable. she even called the next day to check in! i’ve already recommended mobley to several people and will be making this our official vet after having such a good experience. highly recommend!!
