Not sure how anyone can survive 4 hours a day. Be near 3 major urban area and a school and not stay open till 11. They say they can't fine help. Don't need drivers hundred of people do apps. The owner seems really cranky and micro manages. The help seems to worried about there looks or like the popular kids who are working because mom dad made them. If you order delivery they tell drivers they did not receive order. Just an excuse to go home early

I originally gave this place a high score, and really enjoyed their food.
Then recently while waiting for my order I watched the cooks using a spatula to put pizza into boxes and then scraping the excess food off spatula on the edge of the dirty disgusting trash barrel. The place looks nice and clean inside, but don't be fooled. The young crew doesn't give a crap about preparing your food in a sanitary way. This has nothing to do with Covid, lack of staffing, etc. this is blatant laziness and lack of work ethic.
Also found a piece of plastic from some kind of packaging on my pizza.

PZA started off great, but with every visit it gets worse and worse, like someone has given up. I keep giving them a chance, and every time I do I regret it, tonight I ordered a veggie power bowl, it contained, iceberg lettuce, some tomatoes, cucumber couscous and wait for it, French fried sweet potatoes. They basically gave me their sandwich toppings and any hing that looked like a vegetable, whatever they had around. I would say this was obnoxious.

Pizza was awful and cold. They messed up my order and then had to stand there for another 25 minutes waiting for them to make my correct small pizza. Also would definitely recommend maybe getting uniforms since tank tops and short shorts aren’t very professional for the young teens that work there…

Worst pizza I've had so far. The pizza bread tasted like it had been left over for two days. The staff don't seem to care about customers, they seem to be at the location as if they are just hanging out. The staff acts as if they are doing a customer a favor. This is my last time eating here. You should try Christina's. The only reason I tried this place is because it's across the street but next time I will drive.

We really like this pizza- their gluten free crust is great, their 2nd choice back up gf crust is cauliflower, which can get soggy, as all cauliflower crusts can get- but it still tastes good. They have good service & the orders are ready when they say they'll be ready. Great job for us.

As much as i wanted to like the food here, I just couldn't bring myself to it. We ordered a cheese pizza and a salad. Neither of which were good. I ordered the Caprese salad, thinking it would come with a lot of slices of mozzarella and tomatoes. Nope. It came with two slices of each. TWO!! And for $10? No, thank you. We also ordered a cheese pizza and although it looked good, it was not. It tasted like it was a frozen pizza. If I wanted frozen pizza, I would have bought one at Stop & Shop. Never going back. Thanks.

This is a good takeout spot! I placed an order online for two people - 1 small BBQ Hawaiian Pizza and 2 chicken bowls (extra grilled). Pickup was quick & easy and everything tasted fresh.

Decent pizza and great atmosphere. It is located right next to Salem State University so I am sure this is a hot spot for the students. The staff was very friendly and I would definitely go back if I was in the area again!

This place us absolutely terrible. I placed an order for Italian sub with everything, Xtra hots and pickles. They did tell me when ordering they would have to check if they had everything to make an Italian. This alone should have been a red flag but I was hungry. So, they were out of prosciutto. I said fine. What I got when I opened it was a sub roll with 2 slices of cheese, 2 salami, 1 mortadella, 3 picked slices, tomato and lettuce so slices i had to take out and no hots for $11.00. Two bites and threw it away. Disgusting

We’ve always been happy with our orders from here. Everything we’ve ordered has not disappointed, tastes very fresh and yummy! Tonight I was blown away by their customer service. Sophia helped with a DoorDash order gone wrong and went above and beyond, in addition to being kind and sweet about it! Looking forward to ordering (maybe for pickup 😊) very soon in the future. Definitely recommend trying one of their greats subs or pizzas!

They really have gone way way down in service and food. Pizza undercooked, they totally changed their breads for sandwiches (and I guess then made their sandwiches differently), no one is there to help you when you walk in and they often have bad attitudes. Pretty gross food, probably not worth it.

So they get extra stars for having vegan meat substitute but then they lose one for not having vegan cheese on the menu. So please please please get some violife, Daiya, miyokos, and so delicious mozz shreds!!! I ordered a calzone and didn't check off cheese but it came with it anyway so lesson learned to write it in the box. Otherwise my whole family enjoyed their meals of pasta, pizza, calzones, and an impossible burger. Super convenient delivery from Salem and seem to be able to deliver online until 7ish. We will probably go back but the vegan cheese may be a dividing choice since I can

Saw PZA on phantom gourmet and had to try the big Mac attack pizza and the chicken bacon ranch pizza. I have to say it was right up there with some of the best pizza I have ever had. I wanted to try the belly buster sub but I can only eat so much.

One of the best places in the North Shore area for pizza. Unique pizzas you would not find anywhere else in the area. The staff are amazing. Food is always awesome. 2 drawbacks are that some pizzas are extremely oily. And another is that some are very pricey. But I think it's worth it because its unique. Definitely check it out if in Salem.

Pizza is mediocre and over priced. Bread sticks are terrible, don't get them - there was no parmesan or garlic.

When this place opened it was a breath of fresh air to the pizza market in Salem. Now, three strikes you're out. Your entire menu is over priced and now not worth it after three order mistakes in as many or so months!

Long wait times
Incorrect order
Inconsistent quality

I want to give it another shot but you need consistency in your staff, menu and overall experience.

I love this pizza. I always make special requests and it’s right every time. A lot of pizza on the north shore has little to no sauce, gigantic amounts of gross crust with bubbles in it. Not PZA. The crust is just the right size, always cooked to perfection. From crust to center the pie is covered in high quality toppings. Way more than you can get anywhere for a pizza under $20. We’ve had delivery and carry out. The staff always lacks that $hitty higher than mighty New England attitude. They’re always smiling in friendly. The delivery driver in the camo hoody was cool too. Thanks for bringing

I have celiac and when I told them this, they made sure to make my pasta bowl completely separate. They even fresh made the sauce to be sure it wasn't cross contaminated. Perfect service!

OK this was strike three. The first time we went the food was worse than something you'd get at dominoes. They had just opened and I Thought they would get better. The second time I went they poisoned my gluten-free girlfriend with a non-gluten-free pizza. She was in a fetal position for a whole day. My last order was for a gyro which consisted of french fries and burnt meat bits. Dominoes is better than this place.

My husband and I have ordered from PZA many, many times since they opened a year ago, because we really love the food. I totaled how much we have spent on orders from PZA - and my husband and I have spent more than EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS on delivery from their restaurant in the last year. But.... I think we have finally reached the point where we can no longer order from them, and it makes me sad because we really love their food and I used to recommend them to local friends all of the time.

Their delivery service has just gotten worse and worse as time has gone on. A few times in the past, our

We ordered a large pizza with peppers, mushrooms, and half pepperoni. A small pizza with those toppings was delivered...for TWENTY ONE dollars!!! With tip it was $25!!! The pizza was tiny! Outrageous. We called to say we ordered a large and they must've accidentally charged us for a large but nope, that's the price for a small. After all that the (SMALL) pizza was only okay, nothing special. With so many options in Salem I really can't understand how they're charging that much for mediocre pizza.

I had put this at 2 stars, but just updated to one after I called to ask about
