This firm is very unresponsive; I paid the fee and didn't hear anything from them for over a year. I had to email, call and leave several messages before I received a response. The firm/owner did not respond to me until I sent daily emails and made daily calls. They only responded to me because I had to harass them.
Once I received a response, it was only to tell me that they had reached out to the timeshare. I have still not been released from my contract and it's been over a year & a half. The only solution they have offered is to open a lawsuit for which they say it will cost an additional
