Great experience, I accompanied my elder mother to an appointment for her 18 weeks Cairn Terrier and the staff were very friendly and professional throughout the entire visit. Dr. Cooper was patient with my mom and her questions. I will definitely recommend Sky Lake Animal Hospital.

Honestly this was my first time bringing my dog to this vet office. I personally think the doctor is rude. He walked into the room without introducing himself. I didn't even know his name. I thought it was the tech. After i asked are you the doctor. After my dog got her glands express.
He did not elaborate on anything. What to expect or how she might feel. I had to google is it normal for your dog to continue scooting after the glands have been express for 2-3 days and to just clean the area. I actually seen my
Dog more in pain. I don't recommend this office. Im sorry i think the doctor

I returned to Skylake after 11 years when our lab passed away. They remembered us & our lab! :). They were so attentive, kind and loving to our new rescue dog "Cheech". Vet, assistants, front desk were all amazing. So happy to be back. Highly recommended.

Definitely a big NO if you love you pet! Not professional whatsoever and when they find an issue they prolong to get it fixed so they can keep charging until you get upset and look for another vet! Save yourself money and go to another clinic.

Beware. I have so many regrets for taking my cat to Skylake Animal hospital. My cat is now totally blind now because of Dr. Cooper, his arrogance, and poor diagnosis of my cat. I brought my cat to his office because she began vomiting almost daily. He did not take lab work. He merely stated she had IBS and went on to sell me food from his office for her stomach. The food never helped. Then I went on vacation with my cat and took her to the vet in Pennsylvania when the vomiting continued. Immediately they took lab work and stated she was hyper thyroid and had high blood pressure. They placed her

5 stars is not enough to describe how amazing doctor Cooper and his team are.
Victor comes every other day to get fluid and he is being treated with so much love and kindness by the vet technicians. Its incredible how much they truly care about our fur babies and you get so much reassurance from that. They do such a great job!!
My 1st encounter with Dr Cooper who s smile light up the room he s super nice!! After telling him we come here to get fluid he asked to see Victor s blood test and told me that my cat was fine and misdiagnosed. He also reassured me on Victors health and took the time to

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The vet was friendly to our newly found puppy but he dispensed the wrong dose of medication (puppy had hook worm so we decided to treat our adult dog too) and the reversed the dosages for an adult dog vs. a puppy. THEN when we called and the receptionist and vet told us off! NEVER trust this DANGEROUS and Incompetent Vet and animal hospital!

I can't rave enough about Dr. Cooper and his staff. I made an appointment online. I emailed them a few specifics snd got a prompt response. I arrived at my appointment. Right on time Dr. Cooper came outside, to take my kittens. Everything was So efficient, so Covid friendly. I never went inside. My kittens were treated with such care. It was an absolute pleasure!

I would give "0" stars if that was an option. Three days ago my daughter brought her 5 month old kitten in for emergency surgery. The kitten had been scheduled to be spayed at her vets office & was canceled due to the pandemic. She developed a serious infection & was brought in to the hospital. My daughter called the hospital prior to going to advise them that she was bringing in an emergency. When she arrived to the virtually empty emergency room she was ignored until she spoke up. The nurse & doctor were both condescending & dismissive. The kitten had medical insurance

I have been taking my cat here since I rescued her 3 years ago. His prices are through the roof. The last visit with this vet was terrible. I told him my cats behavior has been concerning me, as she has violently attacked me and started peeing all over the house. He told me to get rid of her because he is not a cat behaviorist. He told me he needs to see my cat again(who he saw just a few month ago and took blood work) and that this visit would cost me $375. I asked him to give me a discount for being a loyal customer. He said "absolutely not" - yes that's what he said. This explains

On Thursday at 11am I got a call from my dog's daycare saying that my dog had been bitten and that they had taken her next door to Skylake Animal Hospital as they weren't able to stop the bleeding.
I work a little further south so I wasnt able to get to Skylake until 12:00pm. When I entered the vet, there were only two women in the facility by the front desk.
When they brought me to the back I was shocked to find my 1 year old Labrador crying on the floor of a kennel with blood all over her. The receptionist told me that the doctor had seen her and would take care of it after lunch

DONT BELIEVE POSITIVE REVIEWS!!! They are fraud. People put positive reviews in order to get bath for free. This is illegal and not fair!!!
My dog had an ear issue, and Dr. Mathew put some treatment. But the problem came back after one month, and they wanted to charge me for a visit again..?! Which is absolutely not fare!!!
Other words, this place is piggy bank, and all they care is the money and not your pet.
I went to another place called - "Caring Hands Animal Hospital" . Super nice and professional people. And if you are first time, you get visit and exam for free!!! And it is
