Food is good and it's hot when delivered, the only thing I don't like is the lady who answers the phone tries to cheat you out of your money she charges extra taxes that aren't shown. I ordered my food online my amount came to total $20.12 she says it's $20.33 then proceeds to tell me to "look at my total good" it says $20.33 an extra ($.21btw) so I tell her I'm looking right at my total ma'am it's says right here that my total is 20.12, so where are you getting the extra 21 cent from? She yells at me saying I can't read cause on her screen it shows her price! So I said to her ok well my screen

Food was good . Love the veggies in the rice. Everything was well cooked and not greasy. Thank you

I didnt know what to expect. First time at restaurant. Only take out now. Ordered. Tried a variety of items. Each were actually very good. Surprised me. Portions were reasonable for the price. I'd go back again.

The food was horrible. It tasted like how a dirty dishrag would smell after a weeks worth of use. I will never give that place the time of day or night. Very disgusted by it's uncleanliness and lack of professional customer courtesy. 5 thumbs down

Pleasantly surprised, Ive been lookimg for a go to chinese spot and this seems to be it. We had 4 different dishes and 3 apps all were flavorful and served in nice portions.

Worst fried dumplings I've ever had! How do you make a dumpling burnt but soggy? Also misplaced our order because of technical issues with online ordering, so I still had to wait 20 mins for my food to be made as other people came and went with their food. First and last time dining here!

Great place to eat chinese food, you can order online and in 15 min your food is ready. Eat 5 times already right there and not a complaint until this day.

This place has very good chain restaurant Chinese food. They are better than other places around, however, they increased their prices and their serving portions remain the same, and their quantities in for example their shrimp count in their large house fried rice has changed from large shrimps to medium and let's say they had 10 now they add 6-8. Same4 story in their Pepper steak. I have ordered as often as 4 times in 2 weeks and consistently being ordering since before the pandemic and I can tell their changes. I will still order from here because there is no better place around here.

I moved down to Florida 3 years ago from New York and I have tried a lot of Chinese places in Lakeland and this is the only spot that comes close to tasting like the Chinese spots back home. The food is delicious and it's more on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for! I will never sacrifice money for food. Will recommend this spot to everyone I know now!

Good American style Chinese food. And offers Delivery! Better than using some other service.
We prefer the standard plates if we are going to order here, like Sesame, Bourbon, or General Tso's. The steamed dumplings are pretty good to me.
There can be a wait when it gets busy if you are picking up, but there's a couple tables inside to wait at.
They do take credit cards. Overall probably our preferred place to go in Lakeland for standard American style Chino.

I was looking forward to Chinese but this did not hit the spot. The Krab Rangoons were overcooked, so much so that there was little to filling inside. The General Two's chicken was all spice and vegetables. The vegetable to meat ratio was probably 80/20. Very disappointing.

On the upside delivery was fast and ordering online was easy.

I was visiting family from out of town and ordered delivery from here. The food was very tasty and well priced but the customer service and attention to detail with my order was phenomenal! My mother has food allergies and this was one of the few places that listened and got the order exactly right! And they did it with a super attitude! Thanks China Wok!!

I've had better Chinese out of a Lean Cuisine bowl. The orange chicken "specialty" tasted less like something prepared by a human being and more like something out of a meat recycling plant. The fried wontons were so questionable I didn't finish 1 of the 10. If you order here, stick with the sugar donuts. Hard to mess those up.

This is my favorite chines in all of Lakeland, and I have tried a lot. Good prices and great food. I dislike the $15 minimum for delivery but I guess that's normal. The staff is a little rude but the food makes up for it. I've had most everything on the menu and have no complaints.

This place was a recommendation from my hotel. The order process was easy and the delivery was fast but the food was terrible. I ordered Mongolian beef and egg rolls. The Mongolian beef was 90% onions and the egg rolls looked and tasted like they had been fried twice. Way overdone and super greasy. Also, they didn't send any sauces... no soy sauce, no spicy mustard or sweet-and-sour for my egg rolls. Don't waste your money.

I ordered from the Hyatt Place Hotel for delivery. I caught them at a good time and had my food SUPER fast.
Beef & Broccoli and substituted the rice for Lo Mein. It came with an egg roll, and I tried the large Wonton soup to round out my order to exactly $15 (min for delivery now)
The beef and broccoli were ok. Not much flavor. Meh...
The lo mein was pretty bland, and the egg roll was somehow ultra deep fried. So much so that I cut it open and scooped the cabbage (not much) out.
The soup was also average, but the wontons had a good consistency.

Don't be a guest in a hotel and try to order from this joint, they are IDENTITY THEFT waiting to happen. They want photocopies of my CC and DL!! How long before they show up in some Chinese hacker's IDs for sale list, NO THANK YOU, NO SALE.

Very very poor service the lady who picked up the phone was very rude she placed me on hold for about 3 minutes without advising me to please hold after that she denied delivering my order because of my location which was only 10 minutes away so I agreed on picking up then she proceeded to ask my if I knew where they were located in a rude manor and denied taking my order and hung up on me twice I had my wife call for me from her phone since it appears she had something against me for no reason we gave the lady the same order and she lied about the total claiming our total was $41 when we did

Fresh, delicious, and extra-large portions. Just traveling through Lakeland and ordered for delivery to hotel. Very glad I did. Ordered General Tso Chicken dinner. Such a large portion, I had lunch for the next day. Can't beat the quality for the price.

This place was recommended to me by the front desk at the neighboring Marriott Residence Inn. I drove over for takeout and ordered the General Tso's Chicken (requested it to be spicy) and a small order of Hot and Sour soup. To be honest, I wasn't impressed at all with this place. The General Tso's Chicken was not spicy at all and the chicken tastes like it had been sitting out all day and reheated. The rice that came with it looked and tasted like Mexican rice. How original! The soup was room temperature and didn't have any real flavor. Needless to say, I won't be back

Delicious & fresh!
Out of town on business and in need of a quick dinner, I called China Wok for pick-up. I ordered my go-to favorites, Mongolian Beef & Vegetable Lo Mein. The sauce for the beef was flavorful & not overly sweet or thick, the steak was sliced thin, and the veggies were crisp- all things necessary for perfection. The Lo Mein was pretty standard, but definitely got points for extra veggies.
I will absolutely return next time I'm in Lakeland!!

This is by far the best fast-food Chinese food we've found in Lakeland. The service is fast and friendly, the food is always hot and spot-on, and the parking lot is easy to get into.

Delivery to the Plant City Fairfield took a full hour. Food was still hot (and my can of Sprite was still cold), plus they included plastic plates, silverware and napkins.

My Shrimp with Garlic Sauce had a different sauce than I am used to - a bit sweeter and definitely darker. Shrimp were large but had that not-quite-firm consistency of older shrimp. Tons of crispy veggies.
