I'll not only look at recent sales of homes that are similar to yours, I'll also let you know what properties you will be competing for buyers with and which homes just went under contract. Carlsbad is located 35 miles north of downtown San Diego and the San Diego International Airport. You can get to downtown San Diego or to the airport via Interstate 5. And if you're going farther, Interstate 5 will take you from Mexico to Canada. State Route 78 starts just north of Carlsbad, in Oceanside, and offers an east-west route to Interstate 15 and beyond.

Pam has to be one of the least credible people we have ever dealt with. In our interaction with, she was representing a home owner (friend of hers) and we were a renter. After the inspection, Pam looked us right in the eyes and said "I control the money (for the deposit) and don't see any problems."
After this, we receive her report in the mail that was full of fabricated and inflated issues. Charges in report included, but were not limited to:
Cost to dump dresser $50 (dumpster was located 50 ft away from the property)
Replacement of TV cable $100 ($25 at Home Depot)
Damage to wood flooring
