Great experience!! I work long shifts during the day and I don't have the time to get a car fixed. And I couldn't stand the knocking sound under my car. It was distracting and annoying plus I didn't know if it was something going to fall off or go wrong.
Enter Dennis Garrity + Joe and Terri Carbon of the Good ol Fashion Auto Repair team!! They picked up my car, fixed the noise and some bumper issue that was going on, and dropped the car back off. Process took a week but Joe was up front on lead times and communicated throughout the week. The car drives quiet as a mouse!

The last things you want to happen to you is that when you get in your car is that it won't start. To make matters worse I had just loaded the trunk with newly purchased groceries. We had a scary loud sound coming from the back of our Toyota 4 Runner. I called Joe Carbon to see what he can do. He picked up my car and assured me he will communicate my problem as they search to identify it. He did just that and informed me of where they were with the process and what's needed to fix, etc...
I think they did a great job at a fair price. The important thing is knowing it's in good hands and Joe is always a phone call away if I have any concerns.
