We were driving by after visiting our son and decided to stop in for a bite. It's New Year's Eve so I wasn't sure we would get in.
My husband ordered the Mac and cheese and I the crab stuffed haddock.
He gave his meal a 7. Mine was a def 5.
The fish was bland and the rice had no seasoning.
Thank goodness for the crab stuffing.
The service was excellent!

We've been going to the barn for years and generally have found the food to be pretty good in the service first rate. For Christmas Eve dinner five of us sat for dinner and started with drinks. Two winter spritzers, Shirley Temple, and a Woodford reserve bourbon. The winter spritzers with raspberry liqueur were very good.
Moving on to three salads; a house chopped, a Caesar, and a beat and goat cheese salad. All were super fresh, well chilled, beautifully presented and delicious. I had a bowl of clam chowder that was unimpressive.

Wowowow. Those were the only words left to be said after an amazing dinner @ the barn. I never in a million years thought this amazing gem of a restaurant would be in Granby!! The edamame burger was out of this world. As a lifelong vegetarian, I have had quite the array of "veggie" burgers and after one bite - this burger easily is a top 5. The waitstaff was so attentive and kind. We had a great time and already look forward to going back!

Sunday brunch, had a warm latte and a Mexican omelet with chorizo... that was not chorizo, it was like a kielbasa. Just because you put a like pico de Gallo on top of it, the omelet does not make it a Mexican omelet. The service was not great either... give you a semi cold coffee no sugar and spoon. The food was edible.

Came for my aunts birthday. Not great vegan options. That is the only reason I rated so low. Very frustrated by the lack of options. The edamame burger has cheese in it?? My husband and I ended up getting vegetable burritos but it was literally just the burrito. Had to go to Taco Bell after as we were still hungry. It was a really nice atmosphere and the service was great! Just eh menu options.

Been here before and this wasn't one of my greatest experiences. Waitress was nice but food took a while to come out and the item I ordered was not tasty at all. In fact, it was more tasteless than anything. Food was very bland. Wasn't too happy with this visit. Pictured here is the steak and cheese cast iron skillet on the brunch menu.

Tried this spot for the first time tonight and was very impressed. The restaurant is clean and simple in design and is beautifully maintained, and the food was spectacular. I got the daily special of Cajun Shrimp Tacos (2 for $10) which was flavorful and perfectly cooked, and so cheap!! I've had MANY shrimp tacos at other restaurants (it's my go-to) and these were some of the best I've tried. Everyone in my party had a similar positive experience with their dishes. The service was fast, and waiters were very helpful. I definitely recommend this restaurant!!

Went for brunch on a Sunday morning at 10:30 and it was lovely. We got right in no problem and ate on the patio. We had a Bloody Mary and peach Bellini to start followed by garlic hoisin chicken wings, waffle bits (chicken and waffles) and a steak and cheese omelette.
The chicken wings were delicious and crispy with lots of garlic and sauce. The omelette was full of steak and cheese which was super filling and delicious. This review is strictly for their reservations. My boyfriend made us a reservation online for New Year's Day and received confirmation that our reservations were all set. We were excited to try the place and drove over thirty minutes to find out that they were closed that day. I feel that it is a disappointment that their reservation site wasn't updated to reflect this which also reflects poorly on the restaurant.

This restaurant is quite nice inside. They keep the guests at a safe distance from each other, staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is available to guests near the door. The décor is upscale; I especially like the light fixtures that remind me of art installations I've seen throughout Europe. A bar area is just inside the door, a dining area with 6 booths, an alcove across from this area holds six tables (some 4 tops, some 2) and a third area with large windows that is bright and sunny. A large outdoor seating area along one side was not in use during our visit.

I still stand by my rating for the previous brunch review. This review is specific to take out for dinner. I am still hesitant about eating in a restaurant so we decided to get take out from @ the barn for our anniversary dinner and specifically here because their brunch was so amazing. However, this did not live up to my last experience. We ordered their Pork Belly, Paella, and a Creme Brulee. The Pork Belly had good flavor but was not a balanced cut and had a big piece of just fat. The Paella had a good mixture of quality seafood and was overall good, but not the best we've had in the area
