Got general tso tofu and paid for extra veggies and didn't get it. The broccoli that came was kinda drowning in the tso sauce and tofu was so drenched in sauce it was sponge vs crispy. Steamed rice was my favorite part.

We had a problem initially with our delivery order but they were quick to fix it. Courteous staff and the food was great. We will be back.

Been customer for 20+years. New owners? Wouldn't take order by phone, told to do it online. Took me to menufy and the prices were higher than my last menu. Then the delivery took forever. They used to be the fastest.

Food not as good as it used to be at all. Generic, nothing special any more.
Order process and delivery is now outsourced to menufy and it's a disaster. JUST SHORT OF 2-HOURS this last time. And the tip is pre-pay like the meal, so 20% for a very late delivery was insult to injury.

I have now been here twice. First time I had it delivered and since the driver got lost and took longer to get, I decided to pick it up. I went in and this very polite young lady was at the counter and greeted me. I was amazed, she took my phone number, got my order and made sure I didn't need anything else. My friend went with me and he had to pay for his order, as I prepaid so I didn't. He was even impressed. This young lady used the register and never missed a beat. I am also so happy with their food. If you think you were going to get your take-out order on time as they say on their website order system you will be wrong. Make sure that you give them at least an extra 20 minutes. They said it would be ready in 30 minutes and it was actually ready in 50 minutes.Just wanna give you a heads up in case you were in a hurry or you wanted your food in a timely fashion.

Lady was very rude during my transaction. Make sure you say well done on the chicken cause it will be raw. Place is outdated needs a remodel cause it just looks dirty and old.

Ordered pork with green beans and garlic sauce. Dish was so spicy as to be inedible. Meat was dry and appeared to be overly processed. Also ordered fried dumplings, which were more steamed than fried. Hot and sour soup was unimpressive. Only reason for two star rating is that the staff was personable and friendly.

Quality has drastically declined. Chicken fingers did not taste fresh. The batter used to cover the chicken fingers tasted old. The chicken wings were uncooked in the middle. Staff apologized and offered replacement, but at that point I had lost my appetite.

The service was fast and friendly, the price is definitely right. Overall the food tasted pretty fresh, the vegetables were crisp and freshly-cooked, and not overdone like some places. Overall we are pleased with this place. The interior of the restaurant could use a little freshening, it was reasonably clean but it wasn't attractive in appearance.
As somebody else stated, this is one of the less expensive places around if you're dining on a budget. I would have really liked to have given this four stars, but I think the interior needed to be a little bit cleaner for the dining in experience.
