We used Scott as our agent when buying a home in April 2020 and he was the best possible candidate for the job. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable especially about the region where he does business. In my opinion he was a strong advocate for us in negotiations and had a good business sense. If you are buying a home, I would recommend somebody like Scott, who is punctual, aggressive, and professional.

I’ve been here since March of last year and not long after I moved in the floor In the hallway started coming up. They keep giving me the run around about getting it fixed. About a month ago someone came to look at it and said the entire floor including the living room and dining room would have to be replaced and that was the last time I heard anything about the floor. As someone else said they seem to not care about their renters. I’ll be moving soon especially since they decided to raise my rent which is a form of retaliation. I’ll be suing to get that back.

Scott Deaton went above and beyond our expectations when he recently helped us sell and buy a home. He is very knowledgeable and thorough about the realty business. He provided valuable insight into what updates were advantageous and what updates were unnecessary to make our house more marketable for our area. We always felt that he was looking out for our best interest. He made sure every item that was supposed to be addressed on our inspection report had been. (Even when it meant crawling under sinks and climbing up in the attic to check) He makes sure that all paper work is completed on time
