That was the best 60 minutes I’ve spent in a long time. The staff are kind and professional. Their hands were strong and the knew just how much pressure to apply. My partner and I fell asleep and woke up feeling like our feet and legs had been replace. The bonus scalp massage and stretching was the epitome of renewal.

Poor customer service and not professional!! repeatedly left DURING PAID massage service to assist other customers and take phone call inquiries, then had the NERVE to demand and PRESSURE for a $10 tip after only a $5 tip was given, that truly wasn’t even deserved in the first place. beyond rude.
the sheets are all torn and thin. no blankets and it is rather cold in the building.
and to top it off it is extremely noisy which does NOT provide a relaxing spa experience.
will be taking my business elsewhere.

I don't usually write reviews, but this place was great! I've walked past here a million times and never really thought to go in, but had a friend in town so we we treated ourselves. It was a very firm massage and super effective at getting my knots out, especially in my shoulders. A more active style of massage than I'm used to, and I walked out feeling so much more relaxed. I will definitely be coming back! Also - the price is super reasonable for the great service you get.

I see some negative reviews on here but most are from several years ago. The people there spoke English and were very responsive to my questions and instructions. I got a really good foot/body massage and will go back again. I think perhaps the place has improved and the staff are now better trained?

I've had 10 or more 60-minute foot massages here for $28. Coco is excellent. Strong and consistently great massages. And foot massage is actually 15 minutes on head and arms while your feet soak in warm water. Then half an hour on feet and legs including hot towel cleaning and drying. Then flip over and get 15 minutes on your back. All with clothes on. I don't feel pressure to tip but then I WANT to tip her for her amazing skill. Come on....$28!! How much of that just goes for the rent? How much do you think the masseuse gets of that?

I had a Groupon for a 60min massage at this place. My masseuse was Leo, he was quite firm, but very respectful -- asking me several times if his pressure was okay. It had been a couple years since I've had a real massage and with a desk job, I knew my shoulders were very tight. He did a great job, the hot stones felt great. I left feeling a little sore, but much more relaxed. There was no pressure for a tip, but I gave him a good one and plan to return again.

I have had a half dozen full body massages at this place. Only one was 'meh.' The others were all excellent! Tina and Amy are both great. The masseuses speak only a few words of english. (You got a problem with that?) Also, at these prices, you must expect to leave a generous tip. Don't be cheap! You are already getting a killer deal. Get it?? And expect to have your butt touched. You're getting a massage!! Enjoy it! Notice that most of the bad reviews are from folks who don't know what to expect.
