We worked with Donald Dowland. He is super friendly, and very helpful. I literally know nothing about buying or selling a home. He definitely made this process so much easier. My husband and I are selling our home in Michigan, moving to Tennessee. He was even able to connect us with a realtor in Tennessee (who is also great).

Caleb helped me find my first (absolutely adorable) home in under 2 weeks! I was very nervous, but he explained the process thoroughly and was totally responsive 7 days/week. We are first time home buyers, and Bruce, our realtor, did a phenomenal job with laying out the process then walking us through it from day one. I am so happy that I went with Yoder, specifically with my realtor, Leslie Miller. She goes above and beyond, responding quickly to anything you might need from her in the home buying process. She was almost always one step ahead of me and had already reached out to listings on my behalf before I had even seen them which is super important in this competitive market. Word to the wise: AVOID Yoder Real Estate Group AT ALL COSTS! They use shady and deceitful tactics to reel you in... Borderline illegal (if not actually illegal), use phony listings online, that have already been sold for months, to give you the old 'bait and switch'.
I found a home online that was perfect and still mentioned was available, and on the market for nearly 5 months. I went to the bank, and was pre-approved for the loan.
