We are passionate about the importance and benefits of exercise and nutrition for healthy living, especially important as we age. Our emphasis is on the importance of weight training along with aerobic activity, while focusing on healthy diet and nutrition choices. The first Edison's Smart Fitness location was opened in 2015 in North Myrtle Beach, SC and was such a success, the second fitness center location began being scouted soon after.
We are proud to be a " Showcase Gym " for Cybex, a world leader in fitness equipment. We offer a full line of free weights - including dumbbells, and many plate-loaded machines. Unlike other gyms in the area - our "state-of-the art" Cybex Selectorized Machines, the Eagle NX line, are their newest and most advanced offering ever.
