As part of our commitment to creating a place of healing and wellness in the heart of Chicago, we offer both private and community acupuncture services in the South Loop. Acupuncture is a treatment modality that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years; it involves inserting very thin stainless steel needles into specific points of the body in order to correct the flow of qi and promote better health.
A custom facial to suit each client's needs! After a double cleanse, our aesthetician performs a skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions, and massage. Service concludes with a mask, moisturizer, and spf application. Includes the majority of our custom facial regimen in a 30-minute treatment. Our aesthetician carries out a face cleanse, skin analysis, exfoliation, light massage, and a hydrating mask.
Massage commonly known as Swedish and/or Deep Tissue and is intended for relaxation or pain relief. It consists of a system of gliding strokes, kneading, friction, and percussion techniques, combined with active and passive movements of the joints.

The owners, Leo and Alex (L&A) are the most wonderful small business owners you’ll ever meet. The space is a welcome addition to the area with it’s chill vibe. Lots of enrichment here, from Yoga and Pilates classes, massage therapy and retail therapy, L&A has what you need for self care and to melt away the stress after a hard day’s work. There are also jewelry classes taught by master artisté and co-owner Alex. His work is divine. You can see the attention to detail in his pieces and he draws inspiration from his travels. My mother in law has been getting acupuncture with Victoria for the past 6 months. Her anxiety and nerve pain has greatly improved. Victoria looks young but she is sharp and always does research/ new techniques with the needles . She is only there on Fridays which can be a little challenging but she is well worth it . (Though I wish she was there more days! ) I also appreciate how she has actual conversations with my mother in law who gets a little lonely at times and doesn't only strictly stay medical. I’ve been coming here for massages, and the experience has always been very pleasant and wonderful. The shop is always clean and smells wonderful, and all of the massage therapists are well trained and cater to your needs. Scheduling is easy, and they also provide parking passes! Funny thing, I've never actually been to L+A Healing Studio, but a friend who lives nearby has purchased many gifts for me from their boutique and they are always so nice. I've got beautiful handmade earrings, luxurious soaps, gorgeous-smelling candles, natural beeswax lip balms, on and on. The gifts always feel special and high-quality, and the gift wrapping is always lovely. Once this pandemic is under control, I'd love to visit the boutique myself or try out the studio's services!

If anyone has not visited L+A Healing Studio, I would high recommend it. I had severe shoulder and upper back pain and decided to go for a last minute massage on Sunday and found this gem of a place in south loop. Couldn't even lift my arm for 2 days and after massage I was able to lift 70-80% of my arm. Matt was amazing will definitely go back for more massages. Not only that but the owner makes amazing jewelry and helps local retailers with one mission everything has to be earth friendly. The collection was amazing. And to be honest they had me with dogs. It's a dog friendly place

There are so many wonderful things that can be said about this place! I have received so much pain relief from my acupuncture services w/Towayn! Every staff member is welcoming and accommodating! One of my favorite spots in the South Loop! The owners and everyone who works there couldn't be nicer more genuine people. Leo is a miracle worker, best massages I have ever had!! They have a beautiful space and really reasonable prices. They are always doing something fun and new. I definitely recommend paying them a visit!

Leo, Manny and Ariel are all wonderful massage therapists! I have never had actual results from any massage session before. This is a team of real therapists.
My forearm tendinitis and hips, neck and back pain is not only under control but is actually improving!
I am starting to do something that I never tried before which is quite interesting as well: acupuncture with Dr Victoria. It is all so interesting.
All coupled with a myriad of workout classes including my personal favorite: Pilates!
And let's not even mention the unique jewelry art pieces by Alex! This is the best kept

This place has everything! Yoga, Massage Therapy, Dance classes, Jewelry and Art Classes, Fitness Classes, and fresh flowers + Plants! I've gotten multiple massages by Leo and he is EPIC. He fixed up my lower back and hamstrings making me feel like I was in a whole new body by the end of the session. I've also done their BYOB paint your pet night on friday's and I had SO much fun and now have a beautiful art piece that I got to make myself hanging in my apartment. Their flowers are also THE BEST FLOWERS IN THE SOUTH LOOP. I truly cannot get enough of this place.

L&A Healing Studio is one of those eclectic Chicago places. It is like no other. While there are cool finds and perfect gifts, I love how all products are local. They showcase other talents and business and in away that makes sense.

Very unique and fun relaxation center/boutique in the neighborhood. The place has a very peaceful vibe and you can peruse the beautiful jewelry made by local artists and co-owner Alex, aka Monsieur Pamplemousse and various other items such as clothing and aromatherapy products. The space is actually a multi-purpose venue where you can have a massage by a licensed masseur, take jewelry classes (call for availability), hold children's parties and rent out rooms for all things social and creative. A big plus is that dogs are allowed to roam the store off-leash as long as they're well

Really neat place! I went for a massage but I was impressed with all of the handmade items like jewelry and other things for the home. Welcome was warm and friendly. My massage therapist was Mike who was awesome. He checked to make sure his pressure was to my tolerance level. He also adjusted to specific areas upon my request. At check out he recommended options for managing the tension in my neck and shoulder area. Thought that was pretty cool. No one has ever given an advice after a massage.
Also found out they offer lessons in Bachata! May have to go back for that...

I'm all about supporting local Chicago establishments and I decided to check out L&A Healing Studio in one of my favorite parts of the city. I love the South Loop! Upon arrival you are greeted warmly and I love the comfy feel of the space. The concept is a place to come to for different forms of art therapy.
