The expectant shipping dates are not accurate. There should be another company to order school shirts from. I still have yet to receive my order from August 31st! Also, my first order i had to exchange shirts and sweatshirts for sizing. After waiting a month, i wasn’t even given what i ordered. Instead of the navy sweatshirt, the maroon sweatshirt was given to me and that was never communicated. It’s been a terrible experience. I just want my 2nd order of uniforms for my child so i can be done with this company.

I had a really bad experience with this company while I communicated with Mirielle the whole time. They have an artist helping with the design and I expected to have an actual person helping out with coming up with a great design for our shirts. After the first proof got sent to us, we were not happy with how the design looked so we requested some changes. The first set of ideas included just WORDS, so there wasn't really anything the artist "created". We wanted more to it, so I suggested more to it and they were charging $35 to start over. Worst experience ever don't recommend them I ordered shirts from them in September 2019 and now it's March 2020 ... 6 months later still no shirts. they don't want to refund my money either. The school should get somewhere else to get shirts from. Don't recommend them at all!!! Finally got the refund after I went up there btw they sent the wrong shirts again!!!!

My fiance and I were looking for a vendor to print our wedding welcome bags before we left for our destination wedding in Colorado and we came across Bayou City Shirts. We had reached out to others, but our rep made it clear that they would give us the best deal AND the best timeline and they did! They worked with us to find a bag that suited our needs and delivered it exactly on time. The quality of the print was great (see pic) and we couldn't have been happier with the final product!

I can honestly say that I had a great experience working with Bayou City Shirts. Our school uses this vendor and they were very responsive. My first problem I encountered was I ordered the incorrect shirt color. Cancelling orders was a very easy process. My second problem was one of the shirts ripped at the seam just 2 washes in and Tom (who really rocks btw) replaced the shirt. (I received the replacement in one day!)
And my last issue was the catalyst for this review. When Tom replaced the shirt that was defective, he informed me that another part of my order was on the way should be in the mail

Words cannot explain how satisfied I am with my shirts from Bayou City Shirts. This was my first time ordering a mass amount of shirts, and BOY was I truly lost! I was blessed to have such a fantastic sales representative, Marcos! He was extremely professional and so helpful, literally walking me through the steps of the buying and designing process. With my organization, we often made so many changes to our order, and Marcos being the best sales rep ever, was so flexible and was ecstatically willing to change it for us, no complaints what so ever. Rude and dismissive. We used this company to make several hundred shirts for an event. The shirts looked decent. So I decided to try them for a personal project.
I entered and no one even acknowledged that I existed, despite the facts that 4 people looked dead at me and moved on. I guess patiently waiting at the unmanned receptionist desk was not enough??
I even courteously said "excuse me" to the guy sitting on the right next to the door who was cruising the internet and NOTHING!!! He didn't even turn around.

We did have an issue with our original shirts, but Tom took care of everything. He met up with me late one day to show me samples and show me around the facility. We got everything sorted out and new shirts printed just the way we originally wanted. He kept me updated throughout the process and got the new batch completed quickly.
Despite the issue, both Abbey and Tom were very friendly and helpful, and we did get some great looking shirts in the end.
I also have to say, while Tom was showing me everything, I got to see some of the other shirts (much more complex jobs) that were being worked

As a repeat customer I contacted the manager Mirielle about creating a Homecoming T-Shirt early in the Summer to avoid any last-minute delays in the Fall. After charging me a down payment (unlike my previous order) in July we began fine tuning my two-sided sketch design with their graphic artist.
This process took the entire Summer through early Fall to finalize because of his persistent inability to completely follow the written instructions I provided. Do not use this company for any orders. They totally messed up t-shirts and hats that I ordered. Everything was wrong from their size chart, to material that was used, and they over charged me. The manager agreed to fix it at no charge and then went back on her word and told me that I would in deed have to pay for the "fixed" order that they messed up. Huge disappointed. I'm sure they will won't last long.
