I couldn't believe how fast and professional this company was. They advertise quick closing (48 hrs). I wasn't sure how they actually did that. When I called I was really hoping just to find an alternative. My lender backed out literally hours before closing. I was going to loose the deal and money I was already into it. When I called Intrust Funding I didn't know what to expect. My loan officer Kyle immediate ask a few simple questions gave me a small punch list that took me a few minutes to put together. I was still in bed and sent everything he asked for from my phone

Intrust did help our loan! We got dropped by another hard money lender due to the condition of the home that we are buying( it sustained fire damage on the two upper floors). Intrust immediately asked details about the property focusing on the asset and what it can be after all needed work is put into it.

I appreciate the simplicity of Intrust's process. They are able to fund quickly and help me keep my projects moving. My only complaints are the term lengths and interest rates. I would like to be able to have longer terms without having to pay extension fees, and of course cheaper interest would nee great, but the speed and flexibility are great. I've done four loans with them to date.

As a newer investor now having done 7 deals in the last 2 years and using Intrust on 4 of those I can say they as far as customer sees I've side of things they are as good as the market can get. They are easy to get pre qualified (proof of funds and credit check) versus having to submit a bunch of paper work to other hard money lenders and emails back and forth with takes time. They deliver on funding for deals. They are great with construction loan draws as they require only 15 photos of progress and a 1 page draw request to get filled out and usually the draw money is wired sometimes same
