This was my first time ordering from Fortune East. I was very impressed by everything I ordered. I asked for many changes to my food and they accommodated all my changes. One of my request was to have a hot and sour soup that is not spicy. It was perfect and so tasty! It was the best hot and sour soup I ever had. I also ordered sesame chicken, chicken noodle soup, Shrimp roll and vegetable roll. Everything was so good. I can't wait to try other dishes. This is my new go to chinese restaurant. Thank you Fortuna East, and Thank you to your chefs.

Ordered for the first time today because I see my coworkers ordering all the time from them. I'm glad I gave them a try the delivery was unbelievably quick, portions were gigantic and my bill was extremely inexpensive. Everything was packaged together perfectly and included all condiments and utensils am extremely happy I tried them out. Next time I will order general tsau chickenordered wings and rice with an egg roll n soda all for 10$ including delivery

This is a traditional Chinese take out spot in NY and personally, it's my favorite in the area. They have good quality and when coupled with the options and prices, along with lunch and dinner combination options, makes it a wonderful place to go. Even when the management changed about a decade ago, the quality remained. I highly recommend this as the go to take out Chinese spot in the area.

Ive been coming to this place for years and although the Chinese food is well made, the staff have a much less than respectful demeanor towards their customers. Almost every time I go there they are rude. I’ll start with todays experience. I ordered on the phone to pick up in their location. When me and my girlfriend arrived to pick up the food 20 minutes later, the owner made us wait another ten minutes while He answered phone call after phone call taking orders even though our order was ready and waiting. Finally after ten minutes of waiting and walking towards the exit he finally stopped answering

DISGUSTING! I had ordered broccoli and chicken on 1/3/19 - 6:29 P.M. They had provided me uncooked chicken and to make matters worse, when confronted, they refused to accept responsibility for the wrongful conduct. I will never be eating here again. I recommend to all to avoid this place for your own health and well being.

The food was alright but the staff were rude. When I asked if I could take a copy of the menu home (in case i wanted to order in the future) the lady was like for what? And told me she already put one in my take out. When I got home, there was no menu. There were no utensils and no condiments. Not likely to order from them again. They were rude and they yelled at their customers.
